هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على واقع جودة إدارة الاختبارات في جامعة الأميرة نوره بنت عبد الرحمن، والتعرف على واقع التنظيم، والاتصال في وحدة سير الاختبارات في كلية التربية، والمساهمة في وضع آليات للارتقاء بوحدة سير الاختبارات في كلية التربية جامعة الأميرة نوره بنت عبد الرحمن، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، ومن النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة إن تحديد إدارة سير الاختبارات لمهام عضو الهيئة التدريسية أثناء الاختبارات، يعد من الاعتبارات التنظيمية المهمة لعضو هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية جامعة الأميرة نوره بنت عبد الرحمن، كذلك أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن التنظيم في تصميم الجداول، ووضوحها، ذات أهمية عند عضو هيئة التدريس. وإن اتباع وحدة سير الاختبارات لسياسة واضحة، والحرص على البساطة في إجراءات العمل، ووضوحها، تساعد عضو هيئة التدريس على إتقان العمل. كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن حصول عضو هيئة التدريس على المعلومات عن سير الاختبارات إلكترونياً، واستيفاء جداول الاختبارات لكافة المعلومات، توفر له مزيداً من الوقت والجهد وتمنحه المرونة في الحصول على المعلومات. وكشفت النتائج أن مهارة التواصل الجيد يؤدي إلى تحسين أداء فرق العمل في وحدة سير الاختبارات. ومن ناحية أخرى تساهم المرونة بشكل مباشر في جودة أداء فريق العمل في وحدة سير الاختبارات. ويرى أعضاء هيئة التدريس أن من لآليات المقترحة للارتقاء بواقع جودة إدارة الاختبارات هو تصميم خطة لتقييم أداء وحدة سير الاختبارات في ضوء أسس الجودة الشاملة، واستخدام بطاقات نتائج تحليل البيانات كوسيلة للمتابعة. كما أظهرت النتائج إن الاستخدام الأمثل للتقنية، وتفعيل الشاشات الإلكترونية في الكلية للمساهمة في الإعلانات عن الاختبارات، وتفعيل خدمات الإنترنت، من الآليات المقترحة للارتقاء بوحدة سير الاختبارات، وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات.
This study aimed to shed light on the reality of the conduct of the tests at Princess Noura girl Abdul Rahman University from the viewpoint of faculty members, and recognize the reality of the organization, and communication in the unit functioning Alachtbaratvi College of Education, and contribute to the development of mechanisms to elevate the unity of the conduct of the tests in the Faculty of Education, University of Princess Nora girl Abdel- Rahman, the researcher has used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for study. Faculty members believe that the mechanisms proposed to improve the quality of the conduct of the tests is to design a plan for evaluating the performance and conduct of unit tests in the light of the overall quality grounds, and use the results of the analysis of the data cards as a means of follow-up. The results showed that the optimal use of technology, and to activate the electronic screens at the college to contribute to the advertisements for the tests, and activate Internet services, of the proposed mechanisms to elevate the unity of the conduct of the tests.
