المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص فاعلية برنامج إرشادي متعدد المداخل لتنمية الذكاء الأخلاقي لدى الأحداث الجانحين، واستخدمت الأدوات التالية: مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي والبرنامج الإرشادي، وذلك من إعداد الباحثة، وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: -توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي لمقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. -توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مكونات الذكاء الأخلاقي لصالح المقياس البعدي. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مكونات الذكاء الأخلاقي.

The juvenile delinquency is a social phenomenon emerged in societies. The social view of this problem is different as the juvenile delinquent in ancient societies was considered a criminal act liable for punishment. Recently the social view of the juvenile delinquent has varied, as it turns out that juvenile delinquents are victims of social circumstances led them to deviation. Therefore, social conditions should be relevant to the proper and sound upbringing of such juveniles and to make them better citizens. Therefore, the only way to solve this major problem is to improve the good morals. Talking about morality is necessary and important at this time when society is experiencing a major moral crisis. We should not oversight the importance of ethical standards, but we must do our utmost to get society back on track of good manners. The poet Ahmed Shawki said: People are but a display of their manners. If their manners are lost, then so are they Therefore, the term “ moral intelligence” emerged as a lifeline for young people against the poisonous external influences. This term aims to apply the moral convictions of the individual so that he can act ethically in line with the prevailing values in society. Moreover, we find that an increasing number of children are lacking some moral aspects, because they haven’t acquired this concept. These children with weak conscious, lacking control over their life, deficient moral sensitivity and unguided beliefs are regarded as morally handicapped. Therefore, the present research aims to inspect the effectiveness of multi-¬approaches counseling program for developing the moral intelligence of juvenile delinquents.
