|a تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان الإطار المفاهيمي للقيم والعمل الجامعي، وتوضيح المنظومة القيمية في العمل الجامعي من منظور إسلامي، وإعطاء التطبيقات العملية لذلك. وتشتمل الدراسة على مبحثين رئيسين، ويتمثلان بالآتي؛ المبحث الأول الإطار المفاهيمى للقيم والعمل الجامعي، والمبحث الثاني؛ القيم الإسلامية للعمل الجامعي وتطبيقاتها. وأسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من الاستنتاجات، ومن أهمها؛ يقوم العمل الجامعي على منظومة من القيم، ومن أهمها؛ الأمانة والشفافية، والصبر وقيمة العمل، والتواضع وقيمة تقدير العلم والمعرفة، والتعاون والحرية والعدالة، والإبداع والتميز في الأداء والسلوك، واحترام الآخرين؛ والانتماء للأمة والمجتمع والمؤسسة. وفى ضوئها أوصت الباحثة؛ عمل مؤشرات علمية محكمة حول التأصيل الإسلامي للقيم المتخصصة بالمجال العملي والإداري.

|b The study aims to release the value system in the university work from an Islamic perspective, giving practical applications for it. To achieve the objective of the study researcher followed the descriptive analytical method, through the collection of information and data on Values for university work and doing analyzed, and deductive approach, through the development process values in university business applications. The study includes two sections presidents, and the twin follows: Section I: Conceptual framework of the values and work of university, and the second topic: Islamic values to work and university applications. The study resulted in a set of conclusions, and most important: the university to work on a system of values, and most important: integrity, transparency, patience and the value of work, humility and the value appreciation of science and knowledge, and cooperation, freedom, justice, creativity and excellence in performance and behavior, respect for others, and belonging to the nation and society and the institution. In light of the researcher recommended: Work refereed conferences on Islamic values rooting for specialized operational and administrative domain.
