يساعد التخزين الآمن للمعلومات والبيانات المدارس على استعادة قدراتها بسهولة ويسر، وخاصة بعد الأزمات التي قد تمر بها المؤسسات التعليمية، إذ أن التخزين الآمن للبيانات والمعلومات يتيح لمتخذي القرار استرجاع البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة لاستعادة النظام حيث تظل بيانات أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والطلاب، والنتائج النهائية للطلاب، وسجلات ميزانية المدرسة، وإمكاناتها من معامل وأجهزة، وتقارير أداء الإداريين والمعلمين، وعقود الشراكة بين المدارس وغيرها من الهيئات، وبروتوكولات التعاون، وغيرها من السجلات محفوظة بمأمن بعيدا عن أي ضرر قد تكون الأزمة قد تسببت فيه. وتعتبر المدارس الثانوية الصناعية من أكثر المؤسسات التعليمية تعرضاً للأزمات، وذلك نظراً لأنشطتها وطبيعتها التي تنبع من تعاملها مع أدوات، وأجهزة ومعدات ثقيلة، وماكينات ومعامل، قد يتسبب سوء التعامل معها للعديد من الأزمات، والتي إن لم يتم التنبه لها تتحول إلى كوارث قد تهدد قدرة المدرسة على استمرارية نشاطها، ومن ثم كان هناك بد من الاهتمام بالحفاظ على قواعد بيانات هذا النوع من المؤسسات التعليمية، ومن ثم إدارة عمليات الأمن المعلوماتي بها لسهولة تحقيق نظام معلومات متكامل تستطيع المدرسة الثانوية الصناعية الاعتماد عليه وقت الحاجة. ويشير مصطلح إدارة الأمن لمعلوماتي إلى ذلك الإطار من العمل الذي يتضمن عدد من العمليات الإدارية التي من شأنها الحفاظ على أمن المعلومات بالمؤسسة، ومن تلك العمليات تعزيز أمن المعلومات، والحفاظ عليها، وإدارتها، وتنفيذها، الأمر الذي يتطلب بناء السياسات، وصياغة المعايير، والخطط، والإجراءات اللازمة للحفاظ على المعلومات لحين الحاجة إليها. وتتمثل حدود إدارة عمليات الأمن المعلوماتي التي قام البحث بالتعامل معها في عدة عمليات إدارية هي التخطيط، والاتصال، وتدريب العاملين، والتقويم. وهدف البحث إلى التوصل إلى استراتيجية مقترحة لإدارة عمليات الأمن المعلوماتي بالمدارس الثانوية الصناعية بجمهورية مصر العربية، واستخدم البحث أسلوب التحليل الرباعي SWOT Analysis، وفي سبيل تحقيق ذلك تم تطبيق استمارة التحليل الرباعي على عدد من الخبراء التربويين للمساهمة في بناء الاستراتيجية المنشودة.
Safe data and information storage helps schools to get back their abilities easily, especially, after crisis which they may face, as safe storage gives the decision taker the opportunity to restore the necessary data and information required to get back the system again, so information about staff members, students, students’ final results, records of school budget, its capabilities such as labs and apparatus, performance reports of teachers and administratives, partnership contracts between schools and other institutions, cooperation protocols, and other records, that should be preserved safely away of any harm that may the crisis caused it. Industrial secondary schools can be considered one of the most affected educational institutions by crisis, that is because of their activities and their nature that is drawn from its dealing with heavy apparatus , equipments, mechanics, and labs, that ignorant treatment with them may cause many crisis, which may transform into disaster that may threaten the school ability to continue its activity, so there was a great need to preserve the data base of these schools, then managing information security processes to achieve an easy integrated information system that the school can rely on when needed. The concept of information security management refers to the frame work that implies some administrative processes that are concerned in preserving information security at the organization, some of these processes are: reinforcing information security, preserving, managing, and carrying out it, the matter that require building policies, forming standards, plans, and necessary procedures to maintain information till schools need it. Limitations of information security processes management that the research dealt with, can be represented in the following processes: planning, communication, employees’ training, and evaluation. The research aimed, at reaching a suggested strategy for information security processes management at industrial secondary education schools in A.R.E, the research used SWOT analysis to achieve its aim, then the research applied SWOT analysis list, that was applied on some educational experts to contribute to build the anticipated strategy.
