المستخلص: The aim of this study is to find out how parents of students with learning disabilities have cooperated with the programs of learning difficulties and to highlight their needs and obstacles that stand in the way of their roles towards their children. The researcher used the historical method in his study to answer the questions raised in the study. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most prominent being the following: - Establishment of special associations for parents of students with learning difficulties It is their task to organize meetings between parents and specialists in the field of learning difficulties, while ensuring the membership of all parents. At the end of the study, the researcher presented a proposed scenario for the establishment of an association for parents of students with learning difficulties, which would improve the services provided to people with learning disabilities and their families.
