هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مراعاة المدربات في البرامج التدريبية لمبادئ تعليم الكبار من وجهة نظر المشاركات بها. كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن ما إذا كانت هناك علاقة بين مراعاة المدربات في البرامج التدريبية لمبادئ تعليم الكبار والخصائص الشخصية والوظيفية للمشاركات في هذه البرامج. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (378) من المشاركات من منسوبات وزارة التربية والتعليم في البرامج التدريبية والمنفذة في الفصل التدريبي الثاني لعام 1434 هـ في الفرع النسوي لمعهد الإدارة العامة في مدينة الرياض. واستخدمت في الدراسة استبانة تكونت من عشرة محاور رئيسة وعدد عباراتها (36) عبارة. وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المختلفة، تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1-أن استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو مدى مراعاة المدربات لمعظم مبادئ تعليم الكبار كان باتجاه "غالبا" و"دائما؛". 2-أن مراعاة المدربات لكل من: توجهني المدربة نحو مصادر تعلم إضافية، وتتيح المدربة لي فرصة التقييم الذاتي لأدائي وأداء المشاركات، وتتيح لي المدربة فرصة اختيار أنشطة التعلم كان باتجاه "نادرا". 3-حصلت عبارة (تتعامل المدربة معي بأسلوب راق ومهذب) على المرتبة الأولى، بينما حصلت العبارة تتيح المدربة لي فرصة اختيار أنشطة التعلم على المرتبة الأخيرة. 4-لا توجد اختلافات معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في مراعاة المدربات لمبادي تعليم الكبار في البرامج التدريبية تعزى إلى متغير: العمر، المؤهل، نوع المؤهل العلمي، مدة الخدمة الوظيفية للمشاركات في البرامج التدريبية. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات.
The study aimed to identify the extent to which trainers in the training programs taking into account the principles of adult education from the standpoint of participant. The study sample consisted of (378) participant from the Ministry of Education in training programs, and training carried out in semester2)) of 1434H in the women’s branch of the institute of Public Administration in Riyadh. And used in the study questionnaire consisted of tem major portion and the number of syntax (36) will phrase. Using different statistical methods the study was reached the following conclusions -The members of the study sample responses about the extent to which trainers taking into account the principles of adult education was the direction of “often” and “always”. -Trainers taking into account the principles of adult education: orientation toward additional sources of learning, allows me a chance trained self-assessment of my performance and the performance of the participants, and give me the opportunity to choose the learning activities towards “rarely”. -I got: a trainer dealing with me in a refined and courteous manner on the first rank, while the phrase got trainer allow me the opportunity to choose learning activities on the last rank. -There are no statistically significant differences in the trainer taking into account the principles of adult education in the training programs due to the variable: age, qualification, type of qualification, length of service for the participant in the training programs.
