هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى تطبيق الطلاب المعلمين لكفايات التدريس اللازمة في التدريب الميداني. وكذلك مدى تأثير الإعداد الأكاديمي بجانبه النظري والعملي في اكتساب الطلاب المعلم لكفايات التدريس. وأيضاً علاقة متغيرات الدراسة وهي التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم والتدريب الميداني بالمقررات العملية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من 210 طالب من طلاب التدريب الميداني من المستوي الدراسي الثامن بكلية علوم الرياضة والنشاط البدني بجامعة الملك سعود والذين طبقوا بالمدارس الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في تطبيق استبيان. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق الطلاب المعلمين للكفايات التعليمية لمحور التخطيط بلغت 2.22 من 3 درجات وبنسبة 75.60% وتعتبر هذه النسبة متوسطة. كما بلغت درجة تطبيق الطلاب للكفايات التعليمية لكفايات محور التنفيذ 2.37 من 3 درجات وبنسبة مئوية 79.12 وتعتبر درجة عالية من التطبيق. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام المؤسسات التربوية بالكفايات التدريسية اللازمة وإدخالها في برامج إعداد المعلمين وبما يتناسب مع حاجيات الميدان الحقيقي. وكذلك تحليل الكفايات التعليمية من خلال الأهداف السلوكية التي تحدد الأداء والمعيار الذي ينبغي أن يتقنه الطالب.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The study aimed to identify the level of applying the teaching competencies required in the field training by the student teachers, as well as the extent of the impact of the academic preparation with its theoretical and practical side in the acquisition of the teaching competencies by the student teacher. Moreover, it addressed the relationship between the variables of the study and the practical courses. These variables mainly are: planning, implementation, evaluation and field training. The study used the descriptive analytical approach. The group of the study consisted of 210 students from field training students from the eighth academic level at the Faculty of Sports Science and Physical Activity at King Saud University, who were applied in the primary schools in Riyadh. The tool of the study was the application of a questionnaire. The results of the study found that the level of applying the educational competencies of the planning axis by the student teachers was 2.22 of 3 degrees and by 75.60% percentage, which is considered medium. The degree of applying the educational competencies of the planning axis by the students was 2.37 of 3 degrees and 79.12% percent, which is considered a high degree of application. The study recommended that the educational institutions should pay attention to the necessary teaching competencies and introduce them in the teacher training programs in a manner commensurate with the needs of the real field, as well as the analysis of the educational competencies through the behavioral objectives, which determine the performance and the standard that should be mastered by the student.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
