المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة للمهارات القيادية الواردة في قصة ذي القرنين وسبل تفعيلها، استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من معلمي المدارس الثانوية والبالغ عددهم (162) معلما ومعلمة، كما استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية للدراسة التي تضمنت سؤالا مفتوحا لتفعيل ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية للمهارات القيادية، ولتحليل الاستبانات تم استخدام برنامج Spss، ومن نتائجها: أن قصة ذي القرنين احتوت على مجموعة من المهارات القيادية التي يمكن الإفادة منها في العمل الإداري. أن الدرجة الكلية لممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة للمهارات القيادية الواردة في قصة ذي القرنين بلغت بوزن نسبي (%80.60) بدرجة تقدير كبيرة. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزي لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ومتغير سنوات الخدمة باستثناء المجال الثالث "المهارات الفنية" والرابع "المهارات الإدراكية" توجد فروق لصالح فئة سنوات الخدمة اقل من 10 سنوات، وكذلك الدرجة الكلية، كما لا توجد فروق تبعا لمتغير الجنس باستثناء المجال الأول "المهارات الذاتية" توجد فروق لصالح المعلمات. قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المقترحات لتفعيل ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة للمهارات القيادية.

The study aimed to investigate the practice degree of secondary schools principals in Gaza Governorates of the leadership skills mentioned in ZuAl-Qarneen story and its activating ways . The researcher used the analytical-descriptive approach. The study sample was (126) teachers in the secondary schools and the researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool to the study which include an open question for activating the practicing of secondary schools principals of leadership skills. The researcher used the statistical package for social science (SPSS) to process the questionnaire. The most important findings were as follows: The story of Zu Al-Qarneen contains a group of leadership skills that can benefit the administrative work.The total degree of practicing secondary schools principals in Gaza Governorates of leadership skills mentioned in Zu Al-Qarneen was significant with percentage weight of (80.60).There were no statistically significant differences estimates to academic qualification, and years of years except the third domain (technical skills) and the fourth domain (cognitive skills) have differences in favor of teachers with less than ten years in service, and also in the total degree, and there were no differences according to sex variable except the first domain nself skills" has differences in favor of female teachers.Presented a set of proposals to activate the practicing of secondary schools principals in Gaza Governorates of leadership skill mentioned in Zu Al-Qarneen story. And the researcher recommends the following: The principals should be guided to the importance of functioning the Holy Qur'an verses and what can be deducted from them in the educational administrative work Give the leadership skills an importance, especially the technical skills which was found that its practicing was the least by principals.
