|a استهدف البحث الحالي: الكشف عن معرفة معلمات الرياض بالإسعافات النفسية الأولية التي تعرض لها الأطفال. تعرف الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين مهارات الإسعافات النفسية الأولية عند معلمات الرياض. ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الباحثة ببناء اختبار لقياس الإسعافات النفسية الأولية عند معلمة الروضة وقد تبنت الباحثة تعريف منظمة إنقاذ الطفل 2013 للإسعافات النفسية الأولية، وبحسب التعريف تضمن الاختبار على خمس مهارات، اشتمل الاختبار على (25) فقرة بواقع (5) فقرات لكل مهارة ببدائل إجابة ثنائية (نعم-لا) بدرجات (0.1) على التوالي. وقد تم التحقق من الخصائص السايكومترية للاختبار باستخراج الصدق الظاهري والصدق التمييزي للفقرات وتقدير الثبات بطريقة الفاكرونباخ اشتملت عينة البحث على 40 طفلا متعرض للخبرة الصادم وتم تعين أولياء أمور الأطفال ومعلماتهم. استعمل الوسائل الإحصائية (الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة واختبار فريدمان للعينات المترابطة واختبار الإشارة). بينت نتائج البحث أن معلمات الرياض يمتلكن إسعافات نفسية أولية بدرجة تكاد تكون بدلالة إحصائية حيث بلغت القيمة التائية المحسوبة لجميع المهارات (2.034) مقارنة بالقيمة الجدولية البالغة (2.021) وعند إجراء اختبار فريدمان تبين أن هناك فروق إحصائية بين المهارات الخمسة. واكد اختبار الإشارة بأن المهارة الثالثة (مهارة الأسئلة المفتوحة) هي المهارة التي تتمتع بها معلمات الرياض للأطفال المتعرضين للخبرة الصادم حيث تكون وسيلتها الوحيدة للتحاور مع الطفل والبحث عما يتسبب له الألم فتسأله أسئلة كثيرة مفتوحة، ويبدو ذلك واضحا بملاحظة متوسط الرتب لهذه المهارة البالغ (4.54) مقارنة بمتوسطات رتب المهارات الأربعة الأخرى. توصى الباحثة بإقامة دورات إرشادية لتنمية المهارات النفسية الأولية (إعارة الانتباه التام- إعادة الصياغة أسئلة البحث المعمقة- التلخيص)

|b The current research aimed at: Detecting the knowledge of the kindergarten teachers with the psychological first aid that the children exposed to. Knowing the differences of statistical significance between the skills of the psychological first aidof the kindergarten teachers. In order to achieve this, the researcher built a test to measure the psychological first aidof the kindergarten teacher. The researcher has adopted the definition of Child Rescue Organization 2013 for psychological first aid, and according to the definition, the test included five skills. The test included 25 itemswith (5) items for each skill with two answer alternatives (Yes-no) with degrees (0,1), respectively. The psychometric properties of the test have been verifiedby extracting the apparent sincerity, the discrete sincerity of the items and the stability evaluation by Vecronbach method. The research sample included 40 children who were exposed to the traumatic event and the parents of the children and their teachers were appointed. The statistic methods were used (the T test for one sample and Friedman test for correlative samples a sign test). The results of the research showed that the kindergartens teachers had psychological first aid almost in statistical significance, where the calculated T value of all skills (2,034) compared to the schedule value (2,021) and when the Friedman test was done, there were statistical differences between the five skills. The sign test that the third skill (the skill of open questions) is the skill of the kindergartens teachers forthe children exposed to traumatic experience where is her only way to talk with the child and looking for what causes pain to him and ask him many openquestions, and this is clear by observing the average of the ranks of this skill (4, 54) compared to the averages of the four other skillsranks. The researcher recommends to provide guidance courses to develop the first psychological skills (full attention - reforming - the deep research questions -the summary)
