The study aimed to identify the logistic activities in the sports facilities of some universities in Upper Egypt. The study was based on the descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of 96 members from the leaders of sports facilities and sports and administrative specialists at Minya, Asyut and South Valley University. The study tools were represented in a questionnaire to identify the logistic activities in sports facilities. The results confirmed that the means of transport available in sports facilities do not help to accelerate and ease the completion of work and tasks. The results also found that the collection of subscriptions and service fees from beneficiaries was conducted in an organized manner characterized by speediness and flexibility. The study shed light on the need to activate the logistic activities in the sports facilities because of their role in maximizing the value of the organization, increasing its market share and supporting its competitive position. It also suggested paying attention to modify the existing organizational structure that commensurate with the requirements of the logistic work so that the administration of sports facilities could carry out the work as efficiently as possible while working on the development of the structure constantly from time to time to ensure continuing the improvement and development. Moreover, the research highlighted working on providing transport activity inside the sports facilities through the acquisition or renting different means of transport, whether to transport beneficiaries or sports equipment and because of their importance to logistic support. In addition, the research focused on providing all facilities and possibilities to attract the largest number of customers taking into account the provision of appropriate times for beneficiaries to provide services while looking after diversifying the services provided and accommodate the largest number of beneficiaries.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على الأنشطة اللوجستية بالمنشآت الرياضية لبعض جامعات صعيد مصر. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 96 فرداً من قيادات المنشآت الرياضية والأخصائيين الرياضيين والإداريين بجامعة المنيا وأسيوط وجنوب الوادي. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبانة للتعرف على الأنشطة اللوجستية بالمنشآت الرياضية. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة ان وسائل النقل المتاحة بالمنشاّت الرياضية لا تساعد على سرعة وسهولة إتمام الأعمال والمهام. كما توصلت النتائج الى ان تحصيل الاشتراكات ورسوم الخدمات من المستفيدين تتم بطريقة منظمة تتصف بالسرعة والمرونة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتفعيل الأنشطة اللوجستية بالمنشآت الرياضية الجامعية لدورها في تعظيم قيمة المنظمة وزيادة حصتها السوقية ودعم مركزها التنافسي. والاهتمام بتعديل الهيكل التنظيمي الموجود بما يتناسب مع متطلبات العمل اللوجستي حتى يتسنى للإدارة بالمنشآت الرياضية تنفيذ الأعمال بأقصى كفاءة ممكنة مع العمل على تطوير الهيكل باستمرار من حين لأخر بما يضمن الاستمرار في التحسين والتطوير. والعمل على توفير نشاط النقل بالمنشآت الرياضية من خلال امتلاك أو استئجار وسائل النقل المختلفة سواء لنقل المستفيدين أو الأدوات والأجهزة الرياضية لأهميتها في الدعم اللوجستي. وضرورة توفير كافة التسهيلات والإمكانات لجذب أكبر عدد من العملاء مع مراعاة توفير التوقيتات المناسبة للمستفيدين لتقديم الخدمات مع الحرص على تنويع الخدمات المقدمة واستيعاب أكبر عدد من المستفيدين.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
