هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر إدارة رأس المال الفكري على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالمنشآت الرياضية بمحافظة المنيا. وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 45 منشأة من المنشآت الرياضية بمحافظة المنيا و273 عامل من العاملين بالمنشآت الرياضية. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في تحليل الوثائق والسجلات ومقابلة شخصية واستبيان. وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى تدني واقع إدارة راس المال الفكري بالمنشأت الرياضية بمحافظة المنيا. وعدم وجود آليات لتطوير مستوي أداء العاملين بتلك المنشأت. وانخفاض مستوي الميزة التنافسية بالمنشآت الرياضية بمحافظة المنيا وعدم قدرتها المثلي على جذب العملاء تجاهها والقدرة على منافسة المنشآت الأخرى الواقعة في نطاقها الجغرافي. وأوصى البحث بضرورة وضع استراتيجية واضحة ومحددة لتنمية رأس المال الفكري بالمنشآت الرياضية يمكن إتباعها في صقل وتأهيل وإعداد العاملين بها بما يضمن الإعداد الجيد للكوادر والقيادات الإدارية الأكفاء في مجال تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمنشآت الرياضية. والتركيز على الاحتياجات الفعلية للعملاء وسوق العمل عند وضع استراتيجيات تنمية رأس المال الفكري لكي تحقق الفاعلية المنشودة. وأيضاً الاهتمام بعملية تقييم مستوى الميزة التنافسية للمنشآت الرياضية داخل السوق حتى يتم التأكد من قدرتها على منافسة المنشآت الأخرى. كما أوصى البحث بضرورة تصميم الاستراتيجيات من قبل المتخصصين والكفاءات العملية لضمان تحقيق فاعليتها ونجاحها وتأثيرها الإيجابي على أداء العنصر البشري بالمنشآت الرياضية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research is to identify the impact of the management of the intellectual capital on achieving the competitive advantage in sports facilities in Minya Governorate. The research used the descriptive approach. The group of the research consisted of 45 sports facilities in Minya Governorate and 273 workers in the sports facilities. The tools of the study were the analysis of documents and records, a personal interview and a questionnaire. The results of the research indicated a decline in the reality of the management of the intellectual capital in the sports facilities in Minya Governorate. In addition, there are no mechanisms to develop the level of performance of the employees in those facilities, there is a low level of competitive advantage in the sports facilities in Minya Governorate and their inability to attract customers and to compete with other the facilities within its geographical scope. The study recommended the need to draw a clear and specific strategy for the development of the intellectual capital in the sports facilities, which can be followed in refining, qualifying and preparing the employees in such a way as to ensure the good preparation of the competent administrative cadres in the field of achieving the competitive advantage of the sports facilities. Moreover, it recommended focusing on the actual needs of the clients and the labor market when developing strategies for the intellectual capital development, in order to achieve the desired effectiveness, as well as the process of evaluating the level of competitive advantage of the sports facilities within the labor market to ensure that it is able to compete with the other facilities. The research also recommended the need to design strategies by specialists and practical competencies to ensure their effectiveness, success and positive impact on the performance of the human element in these sports facilities.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
