|f This theoretical research aims to reveal how Sheikh Al-Bashir Al-Ibrahimi, the mouthpiece of the reform movement in Algeria dealt with the educational and cultural subjects prevailing in the colonial era and how he renewed them which even perform their role in reforming the nation, preserving its Islamic identity, and freeing minds from heresy and superstition. He has used the historical and descriptive method for the nature of the subject that requires the multiplicity of the curriculum. The study reached a set of findings, the most important of which are as follows:\n-\tCorrecting the concept of renewal and reliance on socialization institutions in the process of renewal.\n-\tReviving the role of scholars and directing them in the field of education.\n-\tPaying attention to the media dimension. |b Cette recherche théorique a pour finalité de mettre en relief l'approche utilisée par le Cheikh El Ibrahimi, porte-parole du Mouvement II Islah en Algérie, traduisant l'état de la société afin de mettre en échec les contenus pédagogiques et culturels qui prévalaient durant la période coloniale et de là, la manière de renouveler leurs contenus afin qu'ils puissent jouer un rôle dans la préservation de l'identité nationale musulmane et le refondation de la nation par le retour à ses référents en la débarrassant des scories de la mythologie, des superstitions et de l'hérésie. À ce titre, les approches historique et linguistique ont été utilisées en raison de la nature du thème qui nécessitait une approche multidisciplinaire. Ainsi l'étude a ainsi permis d'atteindre les résultats suivants :\n1- La nécessité de procéder à la correction du concept de renouveau en s'appuyant essentiellement sur les institutions sociales dans le processus de renouveau,\n2- La réactivation du rôle des Oulémas et leur implication dans le domaine éducatif,\n3-\tLa prise en compte de la portée de l'Information par le lancement par ses soins de nouveaux organes dans ce domaine, et finalement\n4-\tLa nécessité de l'écriture sur divers thèmes et son impact, ce qu'il fit à travers la Revue El Bassaier.

|a يهدف هذا البحث النظري إلى الكشف عن كيفية تصدي الشيخ البشير الإبراهيمي، لسان حال حركة الإصلاح في الجزائر للمضامين التربوية والثقافية السائدة في الحقبة الاستعمارية وكيفية تجديدها حتى تؤدي دورها في إصلاح الأمة والحفاظ على هويتها الإسلامية، وتحرير العقول من البدع والخرافات.\nوقد استخدم المنهج التاريخي والوصفي لطبيعة الموضوع الذي يقتضي تعدد المنهاج، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:\n-\tتصحيح مفهوم التجديد والاعتماد على مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في عملية التجديد.\n-\tإحياء دور العلماء وتوجيههم للمجال التربوي.\n-\tالاهتمام بالبعد الإعلامي، ويرجع الفضل له في إنشاء الصحافة الحديثة.\n-\tالاهتمام بالكتابة من خلال جريدة البصائر.\n
