هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى: 1) تحديد قائمة بالكفايات اللازمة لمعلمة الرياضيات وتمكنها من مواجهة العصر بمستجداته ومتغيراته المختلفة. 2) تحديد الكفايات الأدائية المتوفرة لدى الطالبة/ المعلمة تخصص رياضيات في كلية التربية للبنات. 3) تحديد العلاقة بين درجة الكفايات الأدائية ودرجة اتجاه الطالبة/ المعلمة نحو مهنة، التدريس. 4) تحديد العلاقة بين درجة الكفايات الأدائية والتحصيل الأكاديمي للطالبة/ المعلمة. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم إعداد أدوات الدراسة: بطاقة ملاحظة ومقياس للاتجاه طبقت على طالبات الفرقة الثالثة قسم علوم ورياضيات تخصص رياضيات أثناء التربية العملية للعام الدراسي 1429 / 1430 هـ. وكان عددهن 63 طالبة. وكان من أهم نتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: 1) درجة ممارسة الطالبات/ المعلمات للكفايات الأدائية في جميع المجالات متوسطة وقد حازت كفايات التخطيط على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط (2.5) تليها كفاية التنفيذ حازت على المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط (2.74) وجاءت في المرتبة الثالثة والرابعة كفايات التخصص وكفايات إدارة الصف بمتوسط (2.13) واحتلت كفاية التقويم المرتبة الخامسة والأخيرة بمتوسط (1.9). 2) وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين درجات الطالبات/ المعلمات في مقياس الاتجاه ومقياس الكفايات. 3) وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين درجات الطالبات/ المعلمات في مقياس الكفايات وتحصيلها الدراسي. وتوصي الدراسة: 1) بضرورة مراجعة برامج إعداد معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية في كليات التربية على أساس الدراسات والبحوث مع التركيز على البرامج القائمة على أساس الكفايات التدريسية. 2) التدريب المستمر للمعلمات في كليات التربية أثناء الإعداد التربوي على كفايات التدريسية بحيث تتمكن المعلمة من كفاية التخطيط والتنفيذ وإدارة الصف والتقويم. \
The present study aimed to: 1. Determine the list of competencies necessary for the mathematics teachers and enable them to cope with the changing times different variables. 2. Determining the performance competencies available to the student / teacher specialized in mathematics in the Faculty of Education for Girls. 3. To investigate the correlation between attitudes of teachers' college students toward teaching and the performance competencies. 4. To investigate the correlation between study achievements of teachers' college s+ dents and the performance competencies. The following tools has been developed to achieve this goal: Questionnaires to measure the competencies performance and the students/teachers' attitudes toward teaching. This has been applied to 63 students/teachers of the 3rd division of the Department of Science and Mathematics during the academic year 1429/1430 h Important results of the study: Lead to a list of the required performance Competencies for Mathematics teacher at the primary level 2. The degree of the Competencies performance of students/teachers in all areas was a medium level. Planning has gained first place with an average (2.5), followed by inadequate implementation won second place with an average (2.47) and ranked third and fourth efficiencies of specialization and competencies class management average (2.13) and occupied adequacy evaluation ranked fifth and final average (1.9). 3. There is a positive correlation between scores of students/teachers in the scale of attitudes towards teaching and scale efficiencies. 4. There is a positive correlation between scores of students/teachers in the scale of competencies and study achievements. The study recommends: 1. The need to review the programs of preparing elementary school teachers in colleges of education on the basis of studies and research with a focus on software-based teaching competencies. 2. The need for continuous training of in-service teachers through the competencies' educational preparation program, to help teachers gain the skills necessary for adequate planning, implementation, classroom management and evaluation \
