المستخلص: شهد العالم سلسلة من التغيرات والتطورات المعرفية والتكنولوجية، حيث أضافت هذه التغيرات مسؤوليات وواجبات جديدة على المجتمع بأنظمة المختلفة، وباعتبار أن المعلمين يمثلون فئة لا يستهان بها في المجتمع، فإن هذه الشريحة لم تكن بمنأى عن هذه التحولات والتغيرات الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية التي تحدث في العالم؛ فالمعلم عنصر مهم في العملية التعليمية. برمتها، وهذه التغيرات التي طرأت في دور المعلم أقتضي على القيادات التربوية القيام بالتنوع في أدوار القيادة تسهم في تحقيق النمو المهني للمعلم وتطوير أدائه ويهدف هذا البحث التعرف على الأدوار المؤمل للمعلم أن يضطلع بها مستقبلا، وكذلك التعرف على المتغيرات العالمية وانعكاساتها على أدوار المعلم، بالإضافة إلى توضيح طبيعية قيادة التغيير وأدوارها في ظل المتغيرات العالمية، فضلا عن توضيح أبرزا المعوقات التي تعيق قيادة التغيير ف تحقيق التحول نحو الأدوار المعاصرة للمعلم العربي والتوصل إلي المتطلبات اللازمة لقيادة التغير في تحقيق هذا التحول، وقد أعتمد البحث علي المنهج الوصفي، مع الاعتماد علي أحدث الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة بالموضوع، وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من المسئوليات المتطلبة من مدير المدرسة والمشرف التربوي والمعلمين إزاء تحقيق هذا التحول مسئولية مدير المدرسة في مجال التنمية المهنية، مسئولة في مجال التنمية المهنية، مسئولية، مسئولية في مجال التنمية المهنية مسئولية في توجيه الهيئة التعليمية والإشراف عليهم ومساعدتهم علي النمو المهني، مسئولية المشرف في تشجيع العاملين علي الابتكار والتجديد في عمليات التعلم والتعليم، مسئولية في الكشف عن حاجات المعلمين وتكوين علاقات إنسانية بينهم وبين إدارة المدرسة، مسئولية في مساعدة العاملين علي الوقوف على أحسن الطرق التربوية والاستفادة منها في تدريس موادها، مسئولية لمعلم في تطوير المعلمين مهنيا، مسئولية في فحص أعمال زملائه المعلمين، كما وضعت الباحثة مجموعة من الأليات لتطبيق تلك المسئولية.
