Youth is the capital, present and future of the nation, and its real wealth as well that exceeds all its wealth and resources. Education is the intrinsic investment of human resources in any community where it aims to make up the righteous human being and meets the multiple requirements at all economical and cultural levels to contribute in the community development; particularly, the active role of the university education institutions in the development of human wealth. Unemployment is a prominent phenomenon in Arab world and it is difficult to ignore thereof. The vast majority of the unemployed is from the graduates of unvererties, intermediate institutes and secondary schools. No oubt that small project is one of the most important approaches adopted and supported by the State to solve the unemployment problem among graduates and through which the economical and social development will be able to realize its targets within the comprehensive development framework of the community. Since the academic performance is the indication of individuals' productivity in the labor market and considered as the outcome of their knowledge, skills and interest. Also the small project is deemed as an opportunity to invest the skills, technical abilities and scientific and practical experience of the human being. From this point, the research has mainly targeted the study of relation between students’ academic Performance in Clothing and Textile Department and their trends towards establishment and management of small projects with its four cores (trend towards the importance to establish small projects - trend towards the inclination to establish projects -trend towards the shouldering of small project risks - trend towards the necessary requirements to establish the small projects); and determination of the aspects of difference among male and female students in each of the academic performance and the trends to establish and management of small projects; also determination of the nature of differences in each of the academic performance an students trend towards the establishment and management of small project with respect to the educational level of the father - his social status – his profession — monthly income of the family - number of family members, in addition to demonstrating the nature of relation between the academic performance of students in Clothing & Textile Department and their trends towards the establishment and management of small projects and certain variables of social and economic level of the family. The research tools included the family general particulars form and questionnaire on the trends of students to establish and management of small projects with its four cores. These tools were applied to sample consisted of 150 male and female students in the 4th Class, Clothing & Textile Department. These students were intentionally selected from the Faculty of Home Economics in Menoufia University and A1 Azhar University. The most important results, reached thereto by the researcher, are the absence of differences having statistic purport among the sample of male and female students with respect to the academic performance and the trend towards the establishment and management of small projects, as well as the existence of positive conjunction having statistic purport between the academic performance of the sample students, trends towards the establishment and management of small projects and its cores at the moral level of 0.01. Furthermore, the results set out the existence of difference having statistic purport among the average marks gained by the sample students in the academic performance based on the education level of father for the students whose fathers enjoying high educational level, the profession of father for those students whose fathers working in top professions, and the family monthly income for the students whose families enjoying high incomes. With respect to the trend of the sample students to establish and manage small projects, the researcher found differences having statistic purport among the students’ marks average concerning the trend to establish and manage small projects based on the educational level of the father for those students whose fathers enjoying high educational level, the profession of father for the students whose fathers working in crafts and the family monthly income for the students whose families enjoying high incomes. The most important recommendation of the research is the necessity to pay absolute attention to the quality of education, curricula and university courses including the knowledge and skills, and developing thereof in accordance with the latest scientific developments in the field of clothing and textile to assist the student to gain the technical competence and productivity to establish small project; also to activate the relation between educational institutions, environment service and community in order to develop the graduates competence and to provide the market with well trained laborers.
الشباب هو رأس مال الأمة وحاضرها ومستقبلها, وهو ثروة الأمة التي تفوق ثرواتها ومواردها كلها، ويعد التعليم استثماراً حقيقياً للعنصر البشري في أي مجتمع, حيث يهدف إلى إعداد الإنسان الصالح وتلبية احتياجاته المتعددة على كافة المستويات الاقتصادية والثقافية للمساهمة في تنمية مجتمعه. ولاسيما الدور الفعال الذي تقوم به مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي في تنمية الثروة البشرية. وتعد البطالة ظاهرة بارزة المعالم في الوطن العربي من الصعب تجاهلها, فالغالبية العظمي من العاطلين من خريجي الجامعات والمعاهد المتوسطة والمدارس الثانوية. ومما لا شك فيه تعد المشروعات الصغيرة هي إحدى المداخل التي تتبناها الدولة وتدعمها لحل مشكلة البطالة بين الخريجين ومن خلالها تستطيع أن تحقق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية أهدافها في إطار التنمية الشاملة للمجتمع. وإذا كان الأداء الاكاديمي يعد مؤشراً للطاقة الانتاجية للفرد في سوق العمل والتي تعد محصلة ما يمتلكه الفرد من معارف ومهارات وميول. كذلك يعتبر المشروع الصغير فرصة لتوظيف مهارات الفرد وقدراته الفنية وخبرته العملية والعلمية. ومن هذا المنطلق استهدف البحث بصفة رئيسة دراسة العلاقة بين الأداء الاكاديمي لطلاب قسم الملابس والنسيج واتجاهاتهم نحو إقامة وإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة بمحاوره الأربعة (الاتجاه نحو أهمية إقامة المشروعات الصغيرة- الاتجاه نحو الرغبة في إقامة المشروعات- الاتجاه نحو تحمل مخاطر المشروعات الصغير- الاتجاه نحو المتطلبات اللازمة لإقامة المشروعات الصغيرة), كذلك تحديد أوجه الفروق بين الطلاب والطالبات من الأداء الأكاديمي والاتجاهات نحو إقامة وإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة, وأيضا تحديد طبيعة الفروق من الأداء الاكاديمي واتجاهات الطلاب نحو إقامة وإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة تبعا لكل من المستوى التعليمي للأب- الحالة الاجتماعية للأب- مهنة الأب- مستوى الدخل الشهري للأسرة- حجم الأسرة, بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين كل من الأداء الاكاديمي لطلاب قسم الملابس والنسيج واتجاهاتهم نحو إقامة وإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة وبعض متغيرات المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للأسرة. واشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة, واستبيان اتجاهات الطلاب نحو إقامة وإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة بمحاوره الأربعة، تم تطبيقها على عينة تكونت من (150) طالب وطالبة من الفرقة الرابعة من قسم الملابس والنسيج, والذين تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية من كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي بجامعتي المنوفية والأزهر. وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين طلاب عينة البحث من الذكور والإناث في كل من الأداء الأكاديمي والاتجاه نحو إقامة وإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة, كذلك وجود ارتباط موجب دال إحصائيا بين الأداء الاكاديمي لطلاب عينة البحث والاتجاهات نحو إقامة وإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة ومحاوره عند مستوى معنوية 0,01 كما أظهرت النتائج وجود تباين دال إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات طلاب عينة البحث في الأداء الاكاديمي تبعا لكل من الحالة التعليمية للأب لصالح الطلاب الذين يتمتع آبائهم بمستوى تعليمي مرتفع, وتبعا لمهنة الأب لصالح الطلاب الذين يعمل آبائهم بمهن عليا, وتبعا لمستوي الدخل الشهري للأسرة لصالح الطلاب الذين ينتمون لأسر ذات دخول مرتفعة. وفيما يخص اتجاه طلاب عينة البحث نحو إقامة وإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة وجدت فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات طلاب عينة البحث في الاتجاه نحو إقامة وإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة تبعا لكل من الحالة التعليمية للأب لصالح الطلاب الذين يتمتع آبائهم بمستوى تعليمي مرتفع, وتبعا لمهنة الأب لصالح الطلاب الذين يعمل آبائهم بمهن حرفية, وتبعا لمستوي الدخل الشهري للأسرة لصالح الطلاب الذين ينتمون لأسر ذات دخول مرتفعة. وكان من أهم توصيات البحث ضرورة الاهتمام بجودة التعليم والمناهج والمقررات الجامعية وما تشتمل عليه من معارف ومهارات وتطويرها وفقا لأحدث المستجدات العلمية وخاصة في مجال الملابس والنسيج الأمر الذي يكسب الطالب الكفاءة الفنية والإنتاجية لإقامة مشروع صغير. وكذلك تفعيل العلاقة بين المؤسسات التعليمية وخدمة البيئة والمجتمع بهدف الارتقاء بكفاءة الخريجين وتوفير العمالة المدربة لسوق العمل
