المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة مشاركة الإداريين التربويين في وزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن في رسم السياسات التربوية من وجهة نظرهم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٠٨) إداريا تربويا، أخذت بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (١٤٨) إداريا تربويا، من وزارة التربية والتعليم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طور الباحث استبانة رسم السياسات التربوية، وتكونت من (٢٩) فقرة، توزعت على ثلاثة مجالات، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وأظهرت الدراسة أن درجة مشاركة الإداريين التربويين في وزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن في رسم السياسات التربوية جاءت متوسطة، ولجميع المجالات، وجاء مجال الإعداد والتخطيط في المرتبة الأولى، تلاه مجال المتابعة والتقويم، ثم مجال الصياغة الإقرار، كما بينت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة المشاركة في رسم السياسات التربوية، تعزى لمتغير المركز الوظيفي، ولصالح المديرين العاميين، بينما لا يوجد فروق في درجة المشاركة في رسم السياسات التربوية، تعزى لمتغير الخبرة أو المؤهل العلمي، وقد أوصت الدراسة بزيادة مشاركة الإداريين التربويين في وزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن في رسم السياسات التربوية.

The study aimed at identifying the degree of educational administrators' participation in making educational policies in the Ministry of Education in Jordan from their point of view. The study sample consisted of (108) administrators, selected randomly from a population of (148) educational administrators at the Ministry of Education in Jordan. In order to accomplish the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire of policies-making consisted of (29) items, distributed on three areas: preparation and planning, drafting and approval, monitoring and evaluation. Validity and reliability of the study instrument have been confirmed. The study showed the following results: The degree of educational administrators' involvement in educational policy-making in the Ministry of Education in Jordan is to be medium, the area of preparation and planning is ranked first, followed by the area of monitoring, then finally the area of drafting and approval. There were statistically significant differences in the degree of participation in educational policy making, attributed to the variable of the career position for the benefit of the local head teachers but there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of participation in educational policies, attributed to the variable of experience or qualification. The study recommended to increase participation of educational administrators at the Ministry of Education in Jordan in educational policy-making
