وأشار البحث إلى مجموعة من المهام التي تقع على عاتق مدير المدرسة مشرفا مقيما في ضوء التحديات التربوية للعولمة. منها مهام مدير المدرسة الثانوية تجاه المعلمين. العمل على تغيير دور المعلم من نقل المعرفة إلى مشرف ومنظم للعملية التعليمية. وتغيير العلاقة بينه وبين طلابه من سياسة القهر إلى الاحترام المتبادل والحوار وتبادل الخبرات. ومن مهامه تجاه الطلاب ملاحظة العادات السيئة للطلاب والعمل على حلها وتهيئة الظروف لحل مشكلاتهم الفردية والجماعية. ومن مهامه تجاه المنهج توفير التقنيات الحديثة والوسائل التكنولوجية ومد بيئة التعلم لخارج المدرسة فتشمل بنك، مزرعة، رحلة. ومن مهامه تجاه أولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي العمل على توثيق الصلة بين المعلمين والآباء وتقبل النقد البناء من أولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي بصدر رحب.
وأوصى البحث بالتأكيد على ضرورة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة جدة لمهامهم كمشرفين مقيمين في ضوء تحديات العولمة بمجال الطلاب. وممارسة مدير المدرسة لمهامه من خلال الاتصال والتواصل مع وسائل الإعلام لتغطية المناسبات المدرسية. وتفعيل مركز مصادر التعلم لإقامة ورش التدريب لأبناء المجتمع المحلي. وتهيئة البيئة المدرسة للتعامل مع وسائل الاتصال والتكنولوجيا الحديثة. وكذلك استثمار مرافق المدرسة لإنتاج المعرفة وتسويقها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018



The research aimed to determine the degree of practice of the high school principal in Jeddah governorate his function as an evaluated supervisor officer in light of the educational challenges of globalization, and to determine the degree to which he exercises his functions for each teacher, students, curriculum, parents and community, buildings and equipment in light of the educational challenges of globalization. It also revealed the differences between the average responses of individuals of the research community on the degree of the high school principal's performance of his functions as evaluated a supervisor in light of the variables of work, degree qualification, educational / non-educational qualification and years of experience.
The research referred to a set of tasks that the school principal has as an evaluated supervisor in light of the educational challenges of globalization; including the tasks of the principal of the secondary school towards teachers, change the teachers' role from the transfer of knowledge to the supervisor and organizer of the educational process, change the relationship between him and the students from the policy of oppression to mutual respect, dialogue and exchange of experiences. The most important of his functions towards students are the observation of the bad habits of students, work to solve them and create conditions to solve their individual and collective problems. The most important of his functions towards curricula is the provision of modern technology, and extend the learning environment outside the school, including bank, farm, and journey. The most important of his functions towards parents are the consolidation of the relationship between teachers and parents and the acceptance of constructive criticism from parents and the community.
The study recommended the necessity that the principals of secondary schools in Jeddah governorate practice their functions as evaluated supervisors in the light of the challenges of globalization in the field of students, the school principal's practice of communicating with the media to the coverage of school events, activating the Learning Resource Center to establish training workshops for the individuals of the community, and creating a school environment to deal with modern means of communication and technology, as well as the investment of the school's facilities for producing and marketing of knowledge.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
