هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في توفير متطلبات العملية التعليمية بشعبية طرابلس. من خلال الكشف عن دورها في كل من توفير المبنى المدرسي والتجهيزات والإمكانات المادية. وتنظيم المنهج والمقررات الدراسية داخل الروضة. واختيار الكوادر المناسبة للعمل في الروضة. وتوثيق الصلة بين المؤسسة والمجتمع المحلي. كما استهدفت الدراسة التوصل إلى المقترحات التي من شأنها تحسين العملية التعليمية داخل مؤسسات رياض الأطفال. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة فيما يتعلق بالمباني والتجهيزات عدم صلاحية معظم المباني المتوفرة لكى تكون رياض أطفال سواء من ناحية التصميم والبناء أو من ناحية تأمين بيئة مريحة صحية. وأن الإدارة تحتاج إلى الموارد المالية التي تكفي لتغطية كل الاحتياجات. وفيما يتعلق بالمنهج والمقررات الدراسية أكدت على وجود وعي مشترك بين القائمين بعملية التخطيط في الإدارة المدرسية. لأهمية الدور الذي يمكن أن تحققه البرامج والأنشطة المشتركة بين الإدارة والمعلمات في تحسين سير العملية التعليمية. أما فيما يتعلق بالكوادر البشرية أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود خطة تربوية مشتركة بين قطاعي التعليم والصحة تخدم العملية التعليمية. وعدم وجود المعلمات المتخصصات في مرحلة رياض الأطفال. وفيما يتعلق بالمجتمع المحلي أكدت على عدم وجود برنامج تربوي مشترك بين إدارة الروضة والمؤسسات التربوية لخدمة البيئة. وأن غالبية أولياء الأمور لا يشتركون مع إدارة الروضة في عقد مجلس الآباء ووضع جداول الأعمال وتحديد الأهداف التي يسعى المجلس إلى تحقيقها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018




The study aimed to identify the role of the administration in kindergartens institutions in providing the requirements of the educational process in Tripoli, through the disclosure of its role in the provision of the school building, and the equipment and material potential. In addition to organizing the curriculum and courses within kindergarten, and the selection of suitable cadres to work in kindergarten, it strengthen the link between the institution and the community. The study also aimed to reach proposals that would improve the educational process within kindergartens. The study based on the analytical descriptive approach. The study tool was represented in a questionnaire. The results of the study, on buildings and equipment, showed that most of the available buildings were not fit to be kindergartens in terms of design and construction or in terms of assuring a comfortable and healthy environment. Furthermore, the Department needs sufficient financial resources to cover all requirements. According to the curricula and courses, the study confirmed that there is a common awareness among those who are planning in the school administration, because of the importance of the role can be achieved by joint programs and activities, between the Department and the female teachers, in improving the functioning of the educational process. As to the human cadres, the results showed that there is no joint educational plan between the education and health sectors that serves the educational process, as well as the lack of specialized female teachers in the kindergarten stage. Turning to the local community, it stressed that there is no joint educational program between the kindergarten administration and the educational institutions to serve the environment. Moreover, the majority of parents do not participate at the Kindergarten Administration in holding the Parents' Council, setting the agendas, and in determining the objectives that the Council seeks to achieve.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
