هدف البحث الى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج الروضة الإلكترونية المقترح في تنمية الجوانب المعرفية المرتبطة بمهارات الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى الإداريين العاملين في رياض الأطفال. وأشار الى الأهمية النسبية لتصميم برنامج الروضة الإلكترونية المقترح في تحقيق التواصل الإداري مع أولياء الأمور. واستخدم البحث المنهج المسحي الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 31 من الإداريين في رياض الأطفال من إدارتي شرق وغرب المنصورة التعليمية. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار تحصيلي وبطاقة ملاحظه وبطاقة تقييم التواصل الإداري. وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة البحث. وتوصلت النتائج الى وجود فروق داله إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطات درجات الإداريين عينة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لكل بعد من أبعاد بطاقة الملاحظة وذلك لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وأوصى البحث بضرورة مراجعة برامج التدريب الإداري الحالية للعاملين في رياض الأطفال في ضوء المتطلبات التي يجب توافرها في معايير الإدارة الإلكترونية ومهارات استخدامها. وضرورة استخدام برنامج الروضة الإلكترونية الذي تم تصميمه وإنتاجه لتدريب الإداريين في رياض الأطفال على مهارات الإدارة الإلكترونية. وضرورة توعية الإداريين بأهمية الإدارة الإلكترونية وفاعليتها وذلك لنشرها والإقبال عليها من خلال إقامة ندوات وورش عمل أو من خلال التواصل من بعد بإرسال رسائل تتضمن دورات تثقيفية بالبريد الإلكتروني والشبكات الاجتماعية. وضرورة العمل على إيجاد جيل من الإداريين قادر على استخدام التكنولوجيا وتوظيفها في مجال رياض الأطفال وتزويدهم بالمعارف والمهارات اللازمة والتواصل مع ذوي الخبرات والكفاءات في المجالات ذات الصلة.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The objective of the research is to identify the effectiveness of the proposed e-kindergarten program in developing the cognitive aspects related to the e-management skills of the administrators in the kindergarten. It pointed to the relative importance of the proposed e-kindergarten program in achieving the administrative communication with parents. The research used the survey descriptive approach and the semi-empirical approach. The research group consisted of 31 kindergarten administrators from East and West Mansoura Educational Administration. The research tools were in the achievement test, the note card and the management communication assessment card and were pre and post applied on the research group. The results showed statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 between the average scores of the administrators of the research sample in the pre and post applications for each dimension of the observation card for the benefit of the post application. The study recommended the need to review the current administrative training programs for the kindergarten staff in light of the requirements that must be met in the standards of the electronic management and the skills of its use, the need to use the e-kindergarten program which was designed and produced to train the administrators in kindergartens on the skills of the electronic management, the need to raise the awareness of administrators of the importance of the electronic management and its effectiveness that is to disseminate and demand it through the establishment of seminars and workshops or through the remote communication by sending messages including educational courses by the e-mail and social networks and the need to work to find a generation of the administrators able to use the technology and its use in the field of kindergartens and provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills and communicate with people with the expertise and competencies in the relevant fields.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
