المستخلص: The field of knowledge management has emerged recently to represent a major change in the nature of institutions> work to achieve the morals of knowledge, exchanging, and saving of time and suitable place of it; to become unprecedented institutions with unprecedented performance. This will be achieved by using information technology and linking the individuals to each other in electronic networks that help exchange ideas, information, and experiences through quick and easy ways than before. Moreover the electronic networks can employ the human resources in activities to gain outputs that help in its existence and growth. Knowledge management guarantees the achievement of advanced levels in the competition, leadership, and creativity among competing companies. When the institutions manage to highlight the idea of knowledge management, they create distinctive results to the company.
