المستخلص: Dans un cours moderne, les compétences linguistiques sont considérées comme base essentielle pour la maitrise de la langue. Cette maitrise, perçue généralement comme une nécessité pour tout intellectuel est d’autant plus vérifiée pour les en¬seignants. Le but de la langue est de permettre à l’apprenant d’acquérir les com¬pétences langagières (écouter, discuter, écrire, lire), puisqu’elles constituent les piliers de la communication et de la compréhension. Ces facultés du langage sont solidement liées entre elles et chacune influe sur l’autre, puisque celui qui écoute bien est pertinemment celui qui discute bien, lit et rédige bien. La compétence en matière de lecture est bénéfique pour l’apprenant puisqu’elle lui élargit les horizons de l’acquisition de nouvelles connaissances, non seule¬ment au niveau de la formation, mais aussi dans celui des relations sociales. Pour ce, la lecture est la clé de l’apprentissage. La problématique: Quels sont les niveaux de lecture pour la compréhension de l’écrit? Pour ce, nous devons étudier et analyser les différents modes de lecture à tous les niveaux de l’apprentissage, ensuite rechercher les moyens de faire évoluer cette compétence à tous les niveaux langagiers.

So we can say that reading is the key to learning and teaching. Problem that poses . What are the levels of literacy for reading comprehension To answer these questions we must treat the types of reading through studying and analysing in different levels at schools . Besides it must be addressed to develop great skills as literacy levels. Also, the ability to listen is essential If the reading requires, there are a large impact on the understanding And listen to the capacity and efficiency in the development of reading. Listening and reading are both similar covering receive ideas from others. If the reading require consideration and understanding of the listening requires listen and understand also that in addition to listening gives us the vocabulary and sentence structure grammatical rules which are to understand sentences and concepts, and where success depends on the audio expertise and verbal words.

تعد المهارات اللغوية في الدرس الحديث الركيزة الأولى في إمكانية السيطرة على اللغة وامتلاكها، لذا أصبحت ضرورة ملحة لكل مثقف بوجه عام، وملزمة لمن يعمل في حقل التعليم بوجه خاص، والهدف الأساسي من هذه اللغة هي اكتساب المتعلم القدرة على امتلاك المهارات اللغوية من استماع، حديث، كتابة، قراءة، لأنها من أركان الاتصال والفهم والإفهام، وهذه الفنون مرتبطة ببعضها تمام الارتباط، وكل منها يؤثر ويتأثر بالأخر، فالمستمع الجيد هو بالضرورة متحدث جيد، وكاتب جيد، وقارئ جيد، وهذا الأخير لابد أن يكون متحدثا جيداً، وكاتباً جيداً، وهكذا، وإذا تحدثنا عن مهارة القراءة فإننا نجدها من الدروس التي تفيد المتعلم، لأنها تفتح المجال أمامه للاستفادة من الكتب في الدروس جميعها، ولا تنحصر فائدتها في المدرسة وحدها، بل تتعداها إلى الحياة الاجتماعية كلها، إذ بها يمكن لكل شخص أن يوسع معارفه في كل حين، ويطلع على أي شيء يحتاجه لذلك يمكن أن يقال إن القراءة مفتاح التعلم والتعليم، والإشكالية التي يمكن أن تطرح هي: ما هي المستويات القرائية لفهم المقروء، وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات علينا أن نعالج بالدراسة والتحليل أنواع إلى القراءة في مختلف المستويات التي يكون فيها المتلقي أو المتعلم، والتطرق إلي دواعي تطوير هذه المهارة وفق المستويات القرائية، كما أن القدرة على الاستماع تعد أساسية في تعلم القراءة؛ فهناك؛ تأثير كبير للفهم والاستماع على تنمية القدرة والكفاءة في القراءة، فالاستماع والقراءة متشابهان؛ أساسا فكلاها؛ يشمل استقبال الأفكار من الآخرين، وإذا كانت القراءة تتطلب النظر والفهم فإن الاستماع يتطلب الإنصات والفهم، بالإضافة إلى أن الاستماع يزودنا بالمفردات وتراكيب الجمل التي تعد أساسا للقراءة والنجاح فيها يعتمد على الخبرات السمعية والشفهية للكلمات.
