|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى حاجات أسر الأطفال المعوقين سمعيا في محافظة إربد/إقليم الشمال، وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (107) أسر لأطفال معاقين سمعيا، هم طلبة أكبر مدرستين تعنيان بالمعاقين سمعيا في محافظة إربد (حكومية وخاصة). استخدم الباحثان مقياس حاجات أسر الأطفال المعوقين سمعيا الذي يتمتع بدلالات صدق وثبات مناسبة. وتم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية واختبارات (ت)، وتحليل التباين الأحادي في عملية التحليل الإحصائي. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن أهم الحاجات هي: الحاجة إلى المعلومات، ثم الحاجة إلى مهارات التواصل، ثم الحاجة إلى الخدمات الاجتماعية. وأنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في حاجات أسر الأطفال المعوقين سمعيا تعزي لمتغير نوع المدرسة لصالح الحكومية. ولا توجد فروق تعزي للمتغيرات الأخرى وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل دور وسائل الإعلام في تكوين صورة إيجابية، وتسهيل عملية التواصل مع المعاقين سمعيا، وعقد البرامج والدورات التربوية الخاصة بالأسر في المجالات المختلفة، والعمل على توفير الخدمات المختلفة لهم قريبا من مناطق سكانهم، وتكوين، جمعيات ونواد للأسر، وضرورة أن يفعل المسؤولون المتابعة والإشراف على مدارس المعاقين، ورفدها بالتخصصات المؤهلة، وتعديل مناهج المعاقين سمعيا، والعمل على تطوير القوانين الخاصة بالمعاقين وتفعيلها، وضرورة وجود صفوف لهم حتى نهاية المرحلة الثانوية مع فصل الذكور عن الإناث.

|b This study aimed to recognize the needs of families of the impairment hearing children's in Irbid northern region and it's relation with some variables. The study consists of the samples of (107) families of the impairment hearing children's; studying on the biggest two schools in Irbid concerned with them (government, private). The researchers use in this study an instrument of measurement for the needs of families of the impairment hearing children's which described by suitable reliability and validity. The statistical average, T- test and One - Way ANOVA were used in statistical analysis. The results shown the most important needs which are: the need of information, communication skills, social services respectively. And the most requirements needs: the need for rehabilitation centers for impairment child, then the information of the family financial support source of the child. There is a differences with statistical indication for the needs of the families of the impairment hearing children's to the pro-government school, and there are no different significant refered to other variables. The study recommended to activate the role of Media to show the positive image and facilitate the communication skills with the impairment hearing children's and make regular programmes and special course with different fields for the family. And also to activate the responsible to follow up and consulate the impairment hearing schools and provide them with qualified and specialist instructors up to their secondary school level, taking in consideration the separation between male and females.
