تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج تدريبي لتعليم آباء الأطفال المعاقين سمعيًا لغة الإشارة وأثره في تنمية النضج الاجتماعي لأطفالهم في مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة في محافظة اربد.\\ وسيتم استخدام مقياس النضج الاجتماعي لأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة المقنن على البيئة السعودية (تعريب وتقنين الدكتور بندر العتيبي) ومقياس المفاهيم الإشارية لعينة الآباء، وسيتم تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي الذي يتكون من (26) جلسة خلال شهرين على أباء الأطفال المعاقين سمعيًا لتعليمهم لغة الإشارة وذلك، وسيتم التحقق من صحة فرضيات الدراسة من خلال المعالجات الإحصائية التالية:\\ \\\ تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وتطبيق اختبار (T) للعينات المستقلة تبعًا لمتغير المجموعة.\\ \\\ تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وتحليل التباين (ANOVA) على درجات الأطفال على مقياس النضج الاجتماعي تبعًا لمتغيري المجموعة والمستوى التعليمي للآباء والتفاعل بينهما.\\ \\\ تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتطبيق اختبار-ت (Paired Samples T-Test) على درجات الأطفال في القياسين البعدي والمتابعة على مقياس النضج الاجتماعي.
The studv aims to identify the effectiveness of the training nrogram to teach narents of deaf children sign lanpiiape and its imnact the develonment of social maturity of their children in pre-school in the province of Irbid\\ And will he used to measure social maturity of children with snecial needs legalized on the environment Arabia (Arabization and rationing Dr. Randar Al-Otaihh and scale concents indicative of a samnle of narents. And will he annlied to the training nrotgram. which consists of session in two months on the narents of deaf children to teach them sten language. and will validate the hypotheses through the study of statistical treatments the following:\\ -\\\ To validate the first hvnothesis and the fifth will he the use of averages and standard deviations, and the annlication of analvsis of variance single (t. Test ) on scores of children on the scale of social maturity, and the decree of narents of children with disabilities audio on a scale concepts indicative, depending on the variable group.\\ -\\\ To verify the validity of the second and third hvnotheses will be used averages and standard deviations, and will be annlied to analysis of variance associated with (ANOVA) on the stens of children's social maturity on a scale according to the variables of Group and educational level of parents.\\ -\\\ To verifv the validity of the hvnothesis will he used for the fourth arithmetic averages, standard deviations and test annlication - c (Paired Samnles T-Test) scores of children in the dimensional measurements and follow-up on the scale of social maturity.\\ -\\\ The study nonulation consists of all narents of children with hearing disabilities and their children enrolled in centers and institutions of special education for the hearing impaired
