المستخلص: The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of toning on the understanding the meanings of the Qur’an, analyzing the recitation of the Quran and the interpretation of the verses of the Holy Quran, as it is considered the words of God who commanded the Prophet (peace be upon him) to recite the Quran using toning, as it appears in the verse: (and recite the Qur›an with measured recitation) (Al-Muzzammil: 4 ). Moreover, melodious sound and good performance, which complies with the provisions of recitation, are considered a main component of toning and a condition to have a correct reading and understanding of the meanings of the Quran. The research sought to identify the importance of toning and its role in expressing the psychological meanings and linguistic structures, and how it makes an emotional impact on readers and listeners. One of the motives why the researcher is examining the effect of toning in understanding the Quran is that toning has not received as much attention as instructional recitation, which led to the absence of creative interpretative and influential readings, which in turn leads to understanding, teaching, Thinking, reflecting, memorizing, and remembering. The study concluded that the reader should have melodious sound, as well as the ability to use diverse toning, and the ability to adapt recitation with meaning.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر التنغيم في فهم المعاني القرآنية، اعتماداً على التلاوة التنغيمية والقراءة التفسيرية لآيات القرآن الكريم، باعتباره كلام الله المتعبد بتلاوته، الآمر نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم بترتيله، كما في قوله تعالى: (ورتل القرآن ترتيلا) (المزمل:4)، إذ يعد حسن الصوت والأداء، الملتزم بأحكام التلاوة والتجويد من الدعائم التنغيمية، وشرطاً من شروط القراءة الصحيحة، والسبيل الواضح للفهم الصحيح لكتاب رب العالمين. وقد حاول البحث الوقوف على أهمية التنغيم وارتباطه في التعبير عن المعاني النفسية، والتراكيب اللغوية، ارتباطاً جعله من الأساليب ذات التأثير الوجداني في نفس القارئ والسامع. ومن دوافع الباحث إلى تتبع أثر التنغيم في فهم كلام رب العالمين، أن التلاوة التنغيمية لم تحظ بكثير من الاهتمام كما في التلاوة التعليمية، الأمر الذي أدى إلى غياب القراءة الإبداعية التفسيرية المؤثرة، التي تفضي إلى الفهم والإفهام، والتدبر والتكفير، وسهولة الحفظ والتذكير، وقدر توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة امتلاك القارئ حسن الصوت والقدرة على التلوين الصوتي والملائمة بين التلاوة والمعنى.
