المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة تحديد القيم الأخلاقية اللازمة لطلاب المرحلة المتوسطة من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الإسلامية بمحافظة المجاردة، والتعرف على أساليب تنميتها في التربية الإسلامية، ومن خلال وجه نظر معلمي التربية الإسلامية، كما تهدف إلى التعرف على مدى اكتساب طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة لبعض تلك القيم من خلال وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الإسلامية، ثم معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في محاور الاستبانة تعزي لمتغيرات الدراسة التالية (المؤهل الدراسي ونوعه، التخصص، سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية)، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، أما أدوات الدراسة فكانت استبانة تتألف من (67) عبارة، تم تطبيقها على(50) فرد من معلمي التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة المجاردة بخمسة قطاعات هي قطاع "المجاردة وخيتة وعبس وخاط وثربان الشرقي والعربي للمدارس المتوسطة، ولتحليل النتائج استخدم الباحث البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) لاختبار وإظهار نتائج الفروض ومحاور الدراسة، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: في المحور الأول أهمية القيم الأخلاقية للطلاب احتلت القيمة الأخلاقية (بر الوالدين) المرتبة الأولى بينما القيمة الأخلاقية الشورى( احتلت المرتبة الأخيرة، في المحور الثاني الأساليب المناسبة لتنمية القيم الأخلاقية احتل الأسلوب )الحرص على تأدية الصلاة جماعة مع التلاميذ في مصلى المدرسة) المرتبة الأولى، بينما مشاركة التلاميذ في تقييم المعلمين جاءت في المرتبة الأخيرة، في المحور الثالث مدى اكتساب القيم الأخلاقية لدى الطلاب نم خلال الأفعال السلوكية احتل الفعل السلوكي )يظهر التلميذ الاحترام والتقدير والطاعة لولديه عند الحديث عنهم ويثنى عليهم( والذي يدل على قيمة )بر الوالدين( المرتبة الأولى، بينما قيمة )عرض التلميذ أموره وأعماله على المختص لمعرفة صوراً بها قبل القيام بها( والذي يدل على قيمة)الشورى( في المرتبة الأخيرة، كشفت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في معدلات استجابة أفراد العينة على جميع محاور الاستبانة تعزي إلى متغيرات الدراسة )المؤهل العلمي ونوعه، التخصص، سنوات الخبرة، وعدد الدورات التدريبية(.

The study aimed to determine the moral values required for middle school students from the point of view of the teachers of Islamic education in Al-Majarada Governorate, and to know the methods of their development in Islamic education, through the perspective of the teachers of Islamic education. It also aims to know the extent to which middle-school students acquire some of these values from the perspective of the teachers of the Islamic Education. Then to find out whether there were statistically significant differences in the questionnaires related to variables of the following study (academic qualification, its type, specialization, years of experience, training courses). The researcher used the descriptive method. The study tool was a questionnaire consisting of (67) words, which was applied to (50) members of the Islamic Education teachers in the middle school in Al-Majarada governorate in five sectors, namely: Al-Majardah, Khaita, Abas, Khatt, and Eastern and Arab Tharban. To analyze the results the researcher used the statistical program (SPSS) to test and show the results of hypotheses and issues of the study. The most important results of the study are: In the first topic the importance of moral values of students occupied the moral value (righteousness of parents) ranked first while the moral value Shura(consultation) (ranked last, in the second topic, the appropriate methods for the development of moral values, the method (taking care to pray together with students in the school oratory) ranked first, meanwhile the participation of students in the assessment of teachers came in the last place, in the third topic the extent of acquisition of moral values among students during behavioral acts. Respect, appreciation and obedience to his children when talking about them and praised them (which indicates the value of) honouring the parents (first place) while the value of the student's presentation of his affairs and his work to the specialist to find the images before they perform it (which indicates the value of (Shura)(Consultation) in the last place, the study revealed that there are no statically significant differences in ratio of the respondents' responses to all the questionnaires attributed to the study variables ( academic qualification, its type, specialization, years of experience, and number of training courses)
