This study investigated the effect of an Interactive whiteboard on developing fourth year A1 Azhar university students’ speaking skills in English as a foreign language and their attitudes towards speaking skills. To achieve this purpose, the researchers chose 28 students as a sample, then introduced electronic lectures to them through the electronic whiteboard, which was related to a site (Scribblar.com) that students could navigate. Interaction is provided through writing and speaking to the instructor in the part of chatting. The researchers used quasi- experimental design. Students were admitted technological catalysts. The researchers used the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) in order to analyze data and get results, and so the study revealed the following important results: There is a significant statistical effect at the level of 0.01 of the proposed whiteboard on developing the student's positive speaking skills in English as a foreign language. There is a significant statistical effect at the level of 0.01 of the proposed whiteboard on developing the student's attitudes towards speaking skills in English as a foreign language.
