هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج قائم على تكنولوجيا التعلم المتنقل لتنمية مهارات التعليم الإلكتروني لدى معلمي الحاسب الآلي وللتحقق من ذلك تم لناء برنامج قائم على تكنولوجيا التعلم المتنقل لتنمية ستة مهارات رئيسة لمهارات تكنولوجيا التعليم لدى عينة من معلمي الحاسب الألي ببورسعيد بعد أن تم التحقق من المؤشرات العلمية لتقنين بطاقة الملاحظة لمهارات تكنولوجيا التعليم، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة 1- يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لمهارة أنظمة إدارة التعلم عن بعد وعبر الشبكات لصالح التطبيق البعدي عند مستوي دلالة ( 0.05). 2- يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لمهارة مراحل وخطوات تصميم المحتوى الإلكتروني لصالح التطبيق البعدي (0.05). 3- يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لمهارة الحوسبة السحابية لصالح التطبيق البعدي (0.05). 4- يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لمهارة المووك لصالح التطبيق البعدي (0.05). 5- يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لمهارة الفصول الافتراضية وشبكات الويب الاجتماعية لصالح التطبيق البعدي (0.05). 6- يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لمهارات التعليم الإلكتروني ككل لصالح التطبيق البعدي 0.05).
This study aimed to recognize the effectiveness of a program based on transferable learning technology in developing electronic learning among computer teachers, therefore, a program based on transferable learning technology is built to develop six main skills of educational technology among a sample of computer teachers in Port Said governorate after refining and validating an observation index for educational technology. The findings are: 1- There is a significant statistical difference among the average degrees of pre- and post application of the skill of distance and pass webbing learning systems for the sake of post application at level (0,05). 2- There is a significant statistical difference among the average degrees of pre- and post application of the skill of levels and steps of electronic content design for the sake of post application at level (0,05). 3- There is a significant statistical difference among the average degrees of pre- and post application of the skill of cloud computing for the sake of post application at level (0,05). 4- There is a significant statistical difference among the average degrees of pre- and post application of the skill of moak for the sake of post application at level (0,05). 5- There is a significant statistical difference among the average degrees of pre- and post application of the skill of virtual classes and social communication sites for the sake of post application at level (0,05). 6- There is a significant statistical difference among the average degrees of pre- and post application of the skills of electronic education as a whole for the sake of post application at level (0,05).
