تطوير الإدارة المدرسية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة بورسعيد في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الاستراتيجي يعد مدخل الإدارة الاستراتيجية من أهم المداخل التي نالت اهتماما واسعا في العقود الثلاثة الأخيرة من القرن العشرين من قبل العديد من المؤسسات من أجل تطوير أدائها فلقد وجد أن المؤسسات التي سني أو تأخذ بمدخل الإدارة الاستراتيجية أظهرت قدرات متميزة بالنسبة للأداء وأنها تفوقت في أدائها علي المنشآت الأخرى المنافسة لها، ويركن تطوير أداء الإدارة المدرسية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة بورسعيد علي الإدارة كعامل أساسي لتطويرها من الداخل بحيث تكون هذه الإدارة متطورة، منفتحة علي البيئة المحيطة تستغل ما بها من فروس متاحة وتتجنب ما بها من تهديدات، وتكون علي علم بالمتغيرات الدينامية المحيطة بها ، وهذا لا يتم بالأساليب البيروقراطية ، بل يحتاج الأمر إلي أساليب حديثة تتناسب مع تحديات الغد ، وتحل المشكلات التي قد تواجهها إدارة المدرسة الثانوية العامة بمحافظة بورسعيد في تطوير أدائها. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلي التعرف علي طبيعة الأداء المدرسي في ضوء الفكر الإداري المعاصر من حيث مفهومة، مستوياته، معاييره، تقويمه، التعرف علي مدخل الإدارة الاستراتيجية، التعرف علي واقع أداء الإدارة المدرسية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة ببورسعيد في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الاستراتيجية، والتوصل إلي مجموعة من المقترحات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تطوير الإدارة المدرسية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة بورسعيد ولقد استخدم الباحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، "لأنه يشمل وصف طبيعة الظاهرة موضوع البحث، وتحليل بياناتها وبيان العلاقات بين مكوناتها، ولقد توصل الباحث إلي عدة مقترحات منها: ١- توفير الإمكانات المادية والبشرية وتهيئة المناخ المناسب لتطبيق مدخل الإدارة الاستراتيجية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة بورسعيد. ٢- ضرورة التوافق بين الاستراتيجية والهيكل التنظيمي للمدرسة والبيئة المحيطة بها. ٣- صياغة رؤية استراتيجية يشترك فيها جميع العاملين بالمدرسة وتتناغم رؤيتهم مع رؤية المدرسة ككل ٤- الاهتمام بالأنشطة المدرسية وتنوعها وتوفير الإمكانات اللازبة لها وتشجيع الطلاب علي المشاركة فيها. ٥- توفير قاعدة بيانات ومعلومات دقيقة تساعد إدارة المدرسة على صنع واتخاذ القرار السليم. ٦- وجود استراتيجية واضحة ومحددة يتبلور فيها نظام التقويم الكائن في المدرسة ويأخذ في اعتبار جميع الجوانب المتعقلة بالآداء المدرسي.
The strategic management is one of the most important approaches which won wide importance in the last three decades of the twentieth century by many institutions in order to improve their performance as it was found that the institutions that adopt or take the approach of strategic management showed distinctive capabilities for performance and they outperformed other competitors. The development of the school management of general secondary schools in Port Said Governorate focuses on management as a key factor for their development from the inside to achieve the advanced management, open to the surrounding environment, benefiting from the opportunities available avoiding the threats and being aware of the dynamic variables surrounding. Thiscan not happen with bureaucratic methods, but this requires modern methods commensurate with the challenges of tomorrow, and solve problems that the management may encounter. The current research aims at recognizing the nature of school performance in the light of contemporary administrative thought in terms of (definition, levels, standards, evaluation). It also aims at recognizing the strategic management approach. Also, recognizing the reality of the performance of school management and reaching a set of proposals that could contribute to the development of school management. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method because it includes a description of the nature of the phenomenon the subject of research, and the analysis of its data and showing the relations among its components. The researcher has suggested several proposals, including: 1- providing human and material resources and creating the right climate for the application of the approach of strategic management. 2- The need for compatibility between the strategic and the organizational frame for the school and the surrounding environment. 3- Formulating a strategic vision shared by all school staff whose viewpoints cope with the vision of the school as a whole. 4- Caring with school activities and their diversity and providing the necessary resources to them and encouraging students to participate. 5- Providing accurate data and information base that will help the school management to make the right decision. 6- The existence of a clear and specific strategy where the evaluation system adopted at the school to take into consideration all aspects related to the school performance
