Purpose: The aim of the research is to uncover the relationship between the management of knowledge processes through its dimensions (knowledge objectives, knowledge diagnosis, knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution, application of knowledge) and intellectual capital through its dimensions (human capital, structural capital), Client or relative capital Research Methodology The research problem was identified in several questions related to the nature of the relationship between the variables of the search. For this purpose, a hypothesis was developed to express one hypothesis and six sub-hypotheses were extracted. In order to ascertain the validity of the hypotheses, they were subjected to multiple tests to ascertain their validity. The research used the analytical descriptive method as a research method. The research used the questionnaire as a means of obtaining data. The research community in the Faculty of Management and Economics focused on the University of Kufa. The sample was shortened to the administrative staff in the college, because of their experience and knowledge of managing the knowledge processes more than others. In the college, 55 employees were distributed. All the questionnaire was distributed and 31 full statistical analysis were retrieved. The data were analyzed using two statistical methods (simple and multiple linear regression) and the results were extracted using the SPSS v.20). Research findings: The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of an impact on the management of knowledge processes, namely the definition of knowledge objectives, the distribution of knowledge, the application of knowledge in intellectual capital, but the related capabilities. The diagnosis of knowledge, knowledge generation, knowledge storage does not affect intellectual capital.
الغرض: يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة والأثر بين إدارة عمليات المعرفة من خلال أبعادها (تحديد أهداف المعرفة، تشخيص المعرفة، توليد المعرفة، خزن المعرفة، توزع المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة) ورأس المال الفكري من خلال أبعاده (رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكلي، رأس المال الزبائني أو العلاقاتي). منهجية البحث: حددت مشكلة البحث في عدة تساؤلات تمحورت حول طبيعة علاقة التأثير بين متغيرات البحث، ولأجل ذلك وضع مخطط فرضي للبحث يعبر عن فرضية واحدة رئيسة وتفرعت عنها ست فرضيات فرعية، ولأجل التأكد من صحة الفرضيات خضعت جميعها لاختبارات متعددة للتأكد من مدى صحتها. استعمل البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج للبحث وقد استعمل البحث الاستبانة وسيلة للحصول على البيانات، أذ تركز مجتمع البحث في كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد جامعة الكوفة أما العينة فقد اختصرت على الموظفين الإداريين في الكلية وذلك لخبرتهم ودرايتهم بإدارة عمليات المعرفة اكثر من غيرهم، إذ كان عدد الموظفين الإداريين في الكلية (55) موظف وقد تم توزيع الاستبانة على جميعهم واسترجعت (٣١) استبانة كاملة للتحليل الإحصائي وقد جرى تحليل البيانات باستعمال أسلوبين من الأساليب الإحصائية (الانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد) واستخرجت النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الحاسوبي (SPSSv.20) استنتاجات البحث: توصل البحث إلى عدة استنتاجات كان أهمها وجود تأثير لإدارة عمليات المعرفة المتمثلة بتحديد أهداف المعرفة، توزيع المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة في راس المال الفكري ألا أن القابليات المتعلقة بتشخيص المعرفة، توليد المعرفة، خزن المعرفة لا تؤثر برأس المال الفكري.
