|f The study aims to identify the role of corporate governance in achieving economic growth, as governance has become the cornerstone of the emerging model of economic and social development in the current century.\nThis study clarified two things. The first was limited to descriptive analysis of the developmental role of corporate governance and the second deals with standard analysis of this role.\nOne of the most important findings is that there are factors that suggest the need to introduce a system of governance in the management of Algerian institutions, the most important of which is transparency.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد دور حوكمة الشركات في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي، لأن الحوكمة باتت تعد حجر الزاوية في النموذج الناشئ للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية خلال القرن الجاري.\n وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتوضح أمرين اثنين؛ حيث اقتصر الأول على التحليل الوصفي للدور التنموي الذي تقوم به حوكمة الشركات، أما الثاني فيخص التحليل القياسي لهذا الدور.\nومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها؛ وجود عوامل توحي بضرورة إدخال نظام الحوكمة في إدارة المؤسسات الجزائرية، ومن أهمها عامل الشفافية.\n
