المستخلص: The strategy is a powerful and effective weapon used by modern countries to maintain and expand economic and technological hegemony. The development and production of the Algerian economic enterprise cannot be talked about without strategic application. The research aims to highlight the importance of technological and competitive strategies. The findings of this article show that:
- Reliance on strategic performance creates a competitive advantage that takes into account the environment and internal aspects.
- The strategy must meet certain conditions to ensure strategic performance. In this context, the strategy should not remain constant but must take into account the considerations of members of society.

La stratégie constitue une arme redoutable et efficace que les nations modernes utilisent pour maintenir et creuser leur suprématie économique et technologique sur le reste. En clair, il est illusoire de parler de développement de l’entreprise algérienne, de sa productivité, de sa rentabilité, sans application de stratégies. L’objectif essentiel de notre article est de mettre en lumière l’importance des stratégies technologiques et concurrentielles. Les résultats de notre article sont les suivants:
- La stratégie engendre de la performance car elle permet d’agir en tenant compte de l’environnement et des aspects internes pour créer un avantage concurrentiel ;
- La stratégie doit respecter certaines conditions pour rester une source de performance, elle ne doit pas rester figée et doit tenir compte des considérations liées à l’être humain.


تمثل الاستراتيجية سلاحاً قوياً وفعالاً تستخدمه الدول الحديثة من أجل الحفاظ وتوسيع الهيمنة الاقتصادية والتكنولوجية، لا يمكن التحدث عن تطوير المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية وإنتاجها دون التطبيق الاستراتيجي. يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الاستراتيجيات التكنولوجية والتنافسية.
حيث بينت النتائج المتوصل إليها في هذا المقال بأن:
- الاعتماد على الأداء الاستراتيجي يخلق ميزة تنافسية وذلك يأخذ بعين الاعتبار البيئة والجوانب الداخلية.
- على الاستراتيجية تلبية شروط معينة لضمان الأداء الاستراتيجي، وفي هذا السياق لا ينبغي على الاستراتيجية أن تبقى ثابتة بل يجب أن تأخذ في الحسبان اعتبارات أفراد المجتمع.
