أصبحت بيئة الأعمال في الوقت الحاضر أكثر تنافسية من الماضي إذ تميزت الأعمال المعاصرة بدورة حياة قصيرة، وتقديم سريع للمنتجات الجديدة مع تزايد درجات المعرفة لدى العملاء، وهي العوامل التي أجبرت المنظمات على تطوير سلاسل توريد سريعة الاستجابة وكفوءة وفعالة من أجل تحسين أداء قنوات النقل والتوزيع، بهدف تحقيق وخلق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص دور إدارة سلسلة التوريد في تحسين كفاءة أداء قنوات النقل والتوزيع، حيث يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الشركات العاملة في مجال صناعة الأسمدة النيتروجينية والفوسفاتية، وذلك على اعتبار أن هذين النوعين من الأسمدة الكيماوية يستحوذان على النسبة الأكبر من حجم إنتاج الأسمدة ككل، وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة من العاملين بالإدارات العليا داخل شركات صناعة الأسمدة والكيماويات، حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية قدرت بــــ(359) مفردة، وقد تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية أهمها معامل ألفا كرونباخ وتحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية بين جميع عناصر إدارة سلسلة التوريد، وبين كفاءة أداء قنوات النقل والتوزيع، فكلما زاد الاعتماد على سلاسل التوريد، كلما أدى ذلك إلى تحسين كفاءة أداء قنوات النقل والتوزيع. وأوصت الدراسة على أنه ينبغي على شركات صناعة الأسمدة والكيماويات العمل على إقامة علاقات طويلة الأجل (علاقات تعاونية أو تحالفات استراتيجية) مع الموردين الرئيسين، على أساس من الثقة والتعاون؛ من أجل تعظيم الاستفادة من الموارد، وتشارك المنافع الناتجة فيما بينهم، هذا بالإضافة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بالعملاء، ودراسة شكواهم ومقترحاتهم، والعمل على معالجاتها؛ لما لذلك من أهمية كبيرة في تدعيم الميزة التنافسية للشركة، وتحقيق رضا عملائها.
Today's business environment has become more competitive than the past, with modern business characterized by a short life cycle, rapid introduction of new products and increased customer knowledge. These factors have forced organizations to develop responsive, efficient and efficient supply chains to improve the performance of transmission and distribution channels, The aim of this study is to diagnose the role of supply chain management in improving the efficiency of the performance of the transmission and distribution channels. The study society consists of companies operating in the field of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers, The two types of chemical fertilizers obtained the largest percentage of fertilizer production as a whole. This study was conducted on a sample of the employees of the top management within the fertilizer and chemical industry. A random sample of (359) individuals was selected. The most important of which is the Kronbach alpha coefficient and the simple linear regression analysis. The study found that there is a positive relationship between all elements of supply chain management and the efficiency of the performance of transmission and distribution channels. The more reliance on supply chains, the more efficient the performance of transmission and distribution channels. The study recommended that fertilizer and chemical manufacturers should work to establish long-term relationships (cooperative relationships or strategic alliances) with key suppliers on a trust and cooperation basis in order to optimize the use of resources and share the resulting benefits, Customer attention, study complaints and suggestions, and work on their processors; because of this of great importance in strengthening the competitive advantage of the company, and achieve the satisfaction of its customers.
