المستخلص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهم مؤشرات تقييم أداء المؤسسات الاستشفائية وكذا كيفية استخدام بطاقات الأداء المتوازن في المستشفيات، باعتبارها من الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة التي تهدف إلى تحسين أداء المؤسسات بصفة عامة والمؤسسات الاستشفائية بصفة خاصة، حيث تتوقف درجة نجاح المؤسسات الاستشفائية وفعاليتها في تحقيق أهدافها على أسلوب الإدارة المتبع، وضرورة تطويره في ضوء الاتجاهات الإدارية الحديثة والتي من بينها بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، وتأتي النظم والأنماط الإدارية المطبقة بهذه المستشفيات في مقدمة أسباب التباين في مستويات أدائها، فما مدى أهمية استخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم أداء المؤسسات الاستشفائية.

Le but de cet article est de mettre en évidence les indicateurs les plus importants pour évaluer la performance des hôpitaux. Le Balanced Scorecard considère comme une technique moderne de gestion, qui vise à améliorer la performance dans toutes les organisations en générale quelque soit publiques ou privés et surtout dans les hôpitaux. Le système efficace de management assure la réussite et la bonne réalisation des objectifs pour les développer dans les différents sens d’administration moderne.\nDans cette étude nous intéressons plus particulièrement l’introduction de la BSC dans les organisations du secteur de santé. La question laquelle le chercheur voulait répondre est: Quelle est l'importance de la performance des institutions hospitalières en utilisant l'évaluation de la Balanced Scorecard?

dis research paper aims to highlight the most important indicators for evaluating the performance of hospital institutions as well as how to use balanced performance cards in hospitals as one of the modern administrative methods aimed at improving the performance of institutions in general and hospital institutions in particular. The degree of success of hospital institutions and there TEMPeffectiveness in achieving there goals depends on the management method followed and the need to develop it in the light of modern management trends, including the balanced performance card. The administrative systems and patterns applied in these hospitals are at the forefront of the reasons for the discrepancy in there performance levels.
