تشكل الحاجات النفسية الجزء الأساسي من تكوين الفرد النفسي لأنها تؤثر في شخصيته وتدفعه إلى السلوك الذي يؤدي إلى إرضائها أو إشباعها، فهو يعيش معظم حياته سعيا لإشباع حاجاته وخفض توتراته وتحقيق أهدافه حتى يمكن النظر إلى الحياة البشرية كأنها سلسلة من الحاجات لمحاولات إشباعها. هدفت هذا البحث إلى تحقيق الأهداف التالية : 1- الكشف عن الحاجات النفسية والاجتماعية للطلبة المتميزين. 2- الكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الحاجات النفسية والاجتماعية للطلبة المتميزين (ذكور – إناث) وتحدد البحث في صفوف الطلبة المتميزين الموجودين في الثانويات المطورة في مدينة الرمادي مركز محافظة الأنبار وتحقيقا لأهداف هذا البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداد أداة لقياس الحاجات النفسية والاجتماعية الذي تكون من (23) فقرة تعبر عن الحاجات وبعد تطبيق الأداة وجمع استجابات الطلبة على بدائل الإجابة ومعالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام الوسط المرجح للفقرات ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي . توصل البحث إلى: 1- أن ثمة حاجات نفسية واجتماعية كثيرة يعاني منها الطلبة المتميزين 2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الحاجات بين الطلبة المتميزين والمتميزات وفقا لمتغير الجنس . واستكمال للجوانب ذات العلاقة بهذا البحث أوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات منها: 1- ضرورة إعطاء الطلبة المتميزين مواد دراسية عالية المستوى. 2- أن يطبق نظام التسريع للطلبة الذين يظهرون تميزا وتفوقا عاليا في التحصيل.
Constitute psychological needs essential part of the composition of the individual psychological because they affect the character and pay to the behavior that leads to satisfy or fulfill, he lived most of his life in pursuit of satisfying the needs and reduce tensions has and achieve its objectives, so can be viewed human life as a series of needs attempts to satisfy . The purpose of this research is to achieve the following objectives: 1- detect the psychological and social needs of outstanding students. 2- to detect the presence of statistically significant differences in the psychological and social needs of outstanding students (male – female ) . Find determined in the ranks of outstanding students who are in secondary schools developed in the city of Ramadi - Anbar province. To achieve the objectives of this research, the researcher prepared a tool to measure the psychological needs and social which consisted of (23) paragraph express needs and after the application of the tool and collect responses students on alternatives to answer and processed statistically using the weighted average of the vertebrae and Pearson correlation coefficient and t- test. The research found 1- There is the psychological and social needs -1 experienced many outstanding students. 2- There are no statistically significant differences in needs between outstanding students according to .gender. Complementing the relevant aspects of this research researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including: 1. the need to give outstanding students high-level seminar materials. 2. to apply accelerator system for students who demonstrate excellence and superior high in achievement
