هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى النمو الأخلاقي، ومستوى ارتباك الهوية الثقافية لدى طلاب الكلية الجامعية بالجموم. والكشف عن الفروق في مستوى النمو الأخلاقي، والفروق في مستوى ارتباك الهوية الثقافية لدى طلاب الكلية، ومعرفة العلاقة بين مستوى النمو الأخلاقي ومستوى ارتباك الهوية الثقافية لدى طلاب الكلية الجامعية بالجموم. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، حيث تم تطبيق مقياسين كأداة لجمع البيانات الأول المقياس الموضوعي للتفكير الأخلاقي من إعداد قبس وآخرون وتقنين (الغامدي، 2015) على المجتمع السعودي، والآخر مقياس ارتباك الهوية الثقافية من إعداد فضل عبد الصمد (2005م)، وقد تم التأكد من صدق وثبات المقياسين بتطبيقهما على عينة استطلاعية (43) طالبا، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (1146) طالبا من طلاب الكلية الجامعية بمدينة الجموم، وتم اختيار (350) طالبا منهم بالطريقة العشوائية، فأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن ما يلي: لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الدرجة الكلية على مقياس النمو الأخلاقي والدرجة الكلية على مقياس ارتباك الهوية الثقافية لدى طلاب الكلية الجامعية بالجموم. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى النمو الأخلاقي لدى طلاب الكلية الجامعية بالجموم باختلاف التخصص. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى النمو الأخلاقي لدى طلاب الكلية الجامعية بالجموم باختلاف المستوى الدراسي للطلاب وذلك لصالح طلاب المستوى الثامن فهم أكثر نضجا أخلاقيا. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى ارتباك الهوية الثقافية لدى طلاب الكلية الجامعية باختلاف التخصص. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى ارتباك الهوية الثقافية لدى طلاب الكلية الجامعية باختلاف المستوى الدراسي للطلاب لصالح طلاب المستوى الثاني فهم أكثر شعورا بارتباك الهوية الثقافية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بتصميم برامج إرشادية تتواكب مع التطور العلمي والتقني لتحصين الطلاب ضد المشكلات النفسية التي قد يسببها الغزو الثقافي المعولم، وإعداد برامج خاصة لتنمية الجانب الخلقي للطلاب المراهقين وإعدادهم للحياة لمواجهة العولمة الثقافية مما سيكون له الأثر في خفض مستوى ارتباك الهوية الثقافية لدى الطلاب.
The study aimed to identify the level of moral development , the level of confusion of the cultural identity of the students of the university college in Aljmom. The disclosure of differences in the level of moral development, differences in the level of confusion of cultural identity of college students, and knowledge of the relationship between the level of moral development and the level of confusion of cultural identity among students of the college. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study followed the descriptive approach Correlative . Two measures were applied as a tool for collecting the data , first scalled objective measure of moral thinking by Gibbs et al. (1984)(A1-Ghamdi, 2015) on Saudi society and the other measure of confusion of cultural identity by Fadl Abdel-Samad ,2005); it was ascertained the validity and reliability scales at the exploratory sample (43) students. The study population Consested (1146) students from the university college in Aljmom City, was chosen (350) student randomly. It has resulted in findings of the study for the following: There is no correlation between the total score on the scale of moral development and the total score on the scale of confusion of cultural identity among students of the university college in Aljmom . There were no statistically significant differences in the level of moral development among students at the university college due to specialty There are statistically significant differences in the level of moral development among students at the university college in Aljmom According to the students' level of study, for the benefit of the eighth level students who are morally more mature. There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of cultural identity confusion among college students due to specialty. There are statistically significant differences in the degree of cultural identity confusion among university students according to the level of students in favor of second-level students. They are more confused by cultural identity: The main recommendations: Design programs that accompany scientific and technological development to immunize students against problems and Psychological disorders prepare special programs for the development Moral development of to adolescent students and prepare them for life to face the cultural globalization who have the effect of reducing Level of confusion of students.
