This research focuses on the most important issues related to the and Sustainable competitive advantage, and in order to Employees’ Empowerment maximize the research value, a case study of leading Communication Company Ooredoo was conducted. The main method adopted in this study was descriptive and analytic method. A total of 116 respondents evaluated Employees’ Empowerment in Ooredoo. The results show that, the dimensions of Employees’ Empowerment (Employees Competence, Meaning fullness, Self- Determination, job Impact) have significant effects on sustainable competitive advantage |
