المستخلص: Change represents a long-term effort to improve the organization's ability to solve problems and to target environmental requirements especially in the field of information technology. The significance of change comes from the consideration that it means keeping up pace with developments and newly occurring matters, in line with the prevailing conditions in the world.
However, change in information technology often prompts individuals to resist it in various forms, which can manifest in individuals wanting to disrupt the new system as a whole. However, this does not prevent the organization from developing methods to prevent resistance to the introduction of the new information system; perhaps the most important of which is the participation of users in the analysis and design of the new system.

التغيير هو مجهود طويل المدى لتحسين قدرة المؤسسة على حل المشاكل وموجهة المتطلبات البيئية خاصة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتأتي أهمية التغيير من أنه يعتبر مواكبة للتطورات والمستجدات تماشيا مع الظروف السائدة في العالم.
إلا أن التغيير في تكنولوجيا المعلومات يدفع الأفراد غالبا إلى مقاومته وبأشكال مختلفة، كأن يعمد الأفراد إلى تعطيل النظام الجديد ككل، ولكن هذا لا يمنع من قيام المؤسسة بوضع أساليب تحول دون مقاومة إدخال نظام المعلومات الجديد ولعل من أهمها مشاركة المستخدمين في تحليل وتصميم النظام الجديد.

Le changement est un effort à long terme visant à améliorer la capacité de l'organisation pour résoudre les problèmes et répondre aux exigences de l'environnement, en particulier dans le domaine des technologies de l'information et l'importance du changement, et de suivre le rythme des évolutions et la mis à jour des conditions qui prévalent dans le monde.
Toutefois, le changement de technologie de l'information conduit souvent les gens à le rejeter sous différentes formes,
Mais cela n'empêche pas l'institution de développer des méthodes pour prévenir le rejet de l'introduction du nouveau système d'information, et peut-être le plus important dont les utilisateurs partagent une analyse intéressante et la conception du nouveau système.
