المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف دور أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية بكلية التربية في جامعة دمشق في تدعيم مبادئ المواطنة الصالحة لدى طلبتهم من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية، ومن وجهة نظر الطلبة، وتعرف الفروق بين متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث (أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية) على استبانة مبادئ المواطنة الصالحة تبعا لمتغيري البحث: (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة)، تعرف الفروق بين متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث (الطلبة) على استبانة مبادئ المواطنة الصالحة تبعا لمتغيري البحث: (الجنس، التخصص الدراسي). اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة (مبادئ المواطنة الصالحة) مكونة من أربعة محاور، وتضم (60) بندا. يتكون المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة من جميع أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في كلية التربية في جامعة دمشق والبالغ عددهم (179) عضو هيئة تعليمية، وجميع طلبة السنة الرابعة في كلية التربية في جامعة دمشق والبالغ عددهم (1444) طالبا وطالبة. وبلغ عدد أفراد عينة البحث (38) عضو هيئة تعليمية، (287) طالبا وطالبة طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة دمشق، وتم تطبيق أداة البحث بتاريخ (31/ 5/ 2015- 25/ 5/ 2015). ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: 1. يشير متوسط إجابات أفراد عينة البحث إلى مستوى مرتفع لدور أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية بكلية التربية في تدعيم مبادئ المواطنة الصالحة لدى الطلبة الجامعيين من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية، إذ بلغ الوزن النسبي لاستجابة عينة البحث في الدرجة الكلية للاستبانة (71.8%). 2. يشير متوسط إجابات أفراد عينة البحث إلى مستوى متوسط لدور أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية بكلية التربية في تدعيم مبادئ المواطنة الصالحة لدى الطلبة الجامعيين من وجهة نظر الطلبة، إذ بلغ الوزن النسبي لاستجابة عينة البحث في الدرجة الكلية للاستبانة (67.6%). 3. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث (أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية) ومتوسط إجابات أفراد عينة البحث (الطلبة) على استبانة مبادئ المواطنة الصالحة لصالح أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية. 4. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث (أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية) على استبانة مبادئ المواطنة الصالحة تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية الذين لديهم سنوات خبرة (16 سنة فأكثر). 5. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات إجابات عينة البحث (الطلبة) على استبانة مبادئ المواطنة الصالحة تبعا لمتغير التخصص الدراسي.

The research aims to identify the level of the contribution of the members of the teaching staff at the Faculty of Education at the University of Damascus in strengthening the principles of good citizenship among their students from the viewpoint of faculty members, and from the point of view of students, and know the differences between the average scores of the research sample members (faculty members) to identify the principles of citizenship good depending on the variables of research: (sex, years of experience), you know the differences between the average scores of the research sample members (students) to identify the principles of good citizenship depending on the variables of research: (sex, academic specialization). The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the researcher prepare a questionnaire (the principles of good citizenship) is composed of four axes, and includes 60 items. The original community of the study consists of all members of the faculty in the College of Education at the University of Damascus's (179) by an educational body, and all fourth year students in the Faculty of Education at the University of Damascus's (1444) students. The number of members of the sample (38) by an educational body, (287) male and female students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Damascus, was applied on Find tool (31/5 / 2015- 25/5/2015). Among the most important findings of the research: 1. Average answers research sample indicates the high level of the role of the members of the teaching staff at the Faculty of Education in strengthening the principles of good citizenship among university students from the viewpoint of the members of the teaching staff, as the relative weight of the response of the sample in the total score of the questionnaire was (71.8%). 2. Average answers research sample indicates the average level of the role of faculty members in the College of Education to strengthen the principles of good citizenship among university students from the viewpoint of the students, as the relative weight of the sample in response to the total score of the questionnaire was (67.6%). 3. The presence of statistically significant differences between mean scores answers research sample differences (faculty members) and the average answers research sample (students) to identify the principles of good citizenship for members of the teaching staff.. 4. the presence of statistically significant differences between mean scores answers research sample differences (faculty members) to identify the principles of good citizenship variable depending on years of experience for the benefit of members of the teaching staff who have years of experience (16 years and above). 5. There were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample answers (students) to identify the principles of good citizenship variable depending on the area of study.
