المستخلص: هدف البحث تعرف درجة امتلاك مهارات تكنولوجيا التعليم لدى أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في جامعة دمشق؛ ودور متغير كل من الجنس، والاختصاص الدراسي الجامعي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة في امتلاك مهارات تكنولوجيا التعليم، وقد اعتمد البحث الاستبانة أداة لتحقيق أهدافه إذ طبقت على عينة مؤلفة من (148) عضوا من أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: - امتلاك أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية لمهارات تكنولوجيا التعليم بدرجة متوسطة على محاور كل من (الحاسوب، والإنترنت، وتقويم التقنيات التعليمية). - امتلاك أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية لمهارات تكنولوجيا التعليم بدرجة عالية على محور (اختيار التقنيات التعليمية واستخدامها). - وجود فروق في درجة امتلاك أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية لمهارات تكنولوجيا التعليم تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. - وجود فروق في درجة امتلاك أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية لمهارات تكنولوجيا التعليم تبعا لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، لصالح من كانت خبرتهم (10) سنوات فأقل. - عدم وجود فروق في درجة امتلاك أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية لمهارات تكنولوجيا التعليم تبعا لمتغير الاختصاص.

The research know the degree of possession of educational technology skills of faculty members at the University of Damascus; and the role of a variable both sex, and competence of the academic university, and the number of years of experience in the possession of educational technology skills, and research questionnaire adopted a tool to achieve its objectives, as applied to the author of a sample of (148 ) As a member of the educational body after verifying its validity and stability, and the following results were reached: - The members of the teaching board of the skills of technology education in a medium degree on the axes of (computer, the Internet, and evaluation of educational techniques). - The members of the educational technology skills faculty have a high degree of focus on the selection and use of educational techniques. - There are differences in the degree of ownership of the educational technology skills by the educational staff according to the gender variable in favor of males. - There are differences in the degree of possession of the members of the educational technology skills faculty according to the variable number of years of experience, for the benefit of those who had experience (10) years or less. - There are no differences in the degree to which the members of the teaching board of educational technology skills are subject to the specialization variable.
