|d La valorisation des personnes et l’amélioration des conditions de travail conduiront nécessairement à l’accroissement de la performance globale. Alors, en évaluant et en améliorant la qualité de vie au travail, la performance du personnel pourrait augmenter et l'épuisement professionnel pourrait être réduit. Les taux d'absentéisme et de roulement pourraient également diminuer. Notre problématique de recherche s’interroge principalement sur l’impact de la qualité de vie sur l’état psychologique des individus et sur le rendement et la qualité du travail pour le personnel soignant au sein des hôpitaux tangérois. Cette population nous intéresse particulièrement du fait de la sensibilité de ce corps de métier face au stress et les exigences actuels de leur travail.

|b Valuing people and the improvement of working conditions necessarily lead to the increase in overall performance. So, evaluating and improving the quality of life at work, could increase staff performance and burnout could be reduced. Absenteeism and turnover rates may also decrease. Our research problem is mainly interested on the impact of the quality of life on the psychological state of individuals and the performance and quality of work for medical staff in hospitals of Tangier. This particular population interest to us because of the sensitivity of this trade with stress and the current demands of their work.
