المستخلص: إنَّ نجاج المواقف التعليمية ليس موقوفًا على المحتوى المعرفيِّ وحِنكةِ المعلِّمِ في شرحِه فحسب، بل هو مرهونٌ، إضافةً إلى ذلك، بتبني المقاربة البيداغوجيَّة المناسبة، وانتهاجِ الطرائق التدريسيَّة الفعَّالة، وتوظيف الوسائل التعليمية المختلفة. من هذا المنطلق، تحاولُ هذه الورقة البحثيَّة تسليط الضوء على قضية الوسائل التعليمية الحديثة، وأهمِّية استخدامها في تدريس مادة اللغة العربية في الطور الثانوي.انطلاقًا من التحديد الدقيق لمفهومها، ورصدِ الوظائف البيداغوجيَّة التي تسهمُ في تحقيقها. مع التركيز على استثمار الوسائل التكنولوجية المتاحة والمنتشرة بكثرة في بيئة المعلِّم والمتعلِّم، والتي يتعاملان معها باستمرار خارج المدرسة، كالحاسوب وملحقاته، والهواتف الذكية، والأجهزة اللوحية، والإنترنت.

The success of educational situations is not only dependent on the cognitive content and the teacher's wisdom in respect to explaining it but is also dependent upon the adoption of the appropriate pedagogical approach, the adoption of effective teaching methods, and the utilization of different educational means. Upon this premise, this paper attempts to shed light on the issue of modern teaching means and the importance of using them for teaching Arabic in the secondary school stage. That is based on the precise definition of its concept and monitoring of the pedagogical functions which contribute to its fulfilment. That is whilst focusing on investing available and widely distributed technologies a great deal in the teacher-learners environment, which they will both interact with constantly outside school, such as computers and its accessories, smartphones, tablets and the Internet.

Le présent travail relève des éléments d'étude suivants: 1. Nature et fonction procédurale des "moyens pédagogiques" en didactique du niveau secondaire en Algérie, et 2. Leur fonction didactique. Aussi, il est ainsi misen exergue la problématique conceptuelle hésitant entre les vocables: 1. Classique de "moyens didactiques", et 2. Plus récent de "technologie didactique", axés respectivement sur le coté matériel et celui méthodologique de la question.
Il est fait ainsi état de leur application (i.e. les "moyens modernes") aux différentes activités d'enseignement de la langue arabe (littérature ettextes, lectures, grammaire,…).
