المستخلص: This study focuses about the total Quality Management in the Industrial & Service Establishment in the Sudan. The study is trying to make a comparison between these establishments to find out how far they applied the total quality systems and to identify the degree of Excellency in the application. The main problem of the study is that he majority of these establishments don’t meet the requirements of the market which cause weakness for them in the local & international market competition and amen their existing in the market and only the T.Q.M. may be the solution for this problem as required by the international organizations like the ISO standards which will enable heir products to be able to compete in the local & international markets and this research based in the following Assumptions:- the Sudanese establishments facing many problems to apply the T.Q.M. system. After the collection of the information about the above assumptions through questionnaire for data collection about selected samples included four series establishments and Eight industrial establishment and through the analysis of data through the SPSS System. The Researcher comes out by the following outstanding findings:- There is a reasonable know how about the T.Q.M. standards and a willing for application. However the degree of understanding and interest is higher in the industrial establishments than that of the: services ones. the research found out that there is position and the increase of the market completion of the reestablishment and accordingly the following recommendations are suggested:- - The preparation and assessment of intensive labor’s training programs and to provide the financial budgets for them. - The employment of capable and qualified personnel to understand and apply the T.Q.M. system and to provide the required funds for good salaries and wages to secure the staff stability. i- To deign a good structure management system to enable these establishment to apply the T.Q.M. and to submit and prepare the required laws and legislation for that.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إيجاد حل لمشاكل تطبيق الجودة الشاملة في المنشآت السودانية، يبدوا للباحثة أن معظم المنشآت الخدمية والسلعية السودانية لا تطبق معايير الجودة الشاملة ولا تواكب متطلبات واحتياجات السوق مما سبب لها ضعفاً في المنافسة المحلية والعالمية. بني فرض الدراسة على التالي:- تواجه منشآت الأعمال السودانية العديد من المشاكل عند تطبيق الجودة وذلك لزيادة قدرتها التنافسية وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعالجة مشكلة البحث واختبار الفرضيات واستخدمت أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة مختارة من أربعة منشآت خدمية وثمانية منشآت صناعية، والقيام بتحليل هذه البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS توصلت الباحثة إلى أهم النتائج وهي:- أن هناك إلمام كافي بين إدارات المنشأت الخدمية والصناعية بمشاكل تطبق الجودة الشاملة في المنشأت السودانية وبناء على هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بالآتي:- 1- إعداد برامج مكثفة لتدريب العاملين ورصد الميزانيات المالية اللازمة للتدريب. 2- توظيف الكوادر القادرة على استيعاب وحل مشاكل الجودة الشاملة في المنشآت السودانية. 3- إعادة النظر في الهياكل التنظيمية للمنشآت السودانية بما يمكنها من استيعاب نظام الجودة الشاملة ووضع الضوابط واللوائح المساعدة لذلك.
