تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم التكنولوجيا وأثرها على مستوى الأداء في المستشفى الأهلي في أمانة العاصمة صنعاء، وشملت عينة الدراسة (33) فرد من العاملين في المستشفى، واعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي ذات دلالة إحصائية لكل من المتغير )تتوافر لدى المستشفى معدات وأجهزة طبية تقنية متطورة(، والمتغير )تتم عملية تحديث الأجهزة والمعدات الطبية بصفة مستمرة(، مع اختلاف نوعية التأثير، إذ أن المتغير الأول له تأثير إيجابي كبير على مستوى الأداء، وهذا يدل على أن هناك تقدم كبير في تطبيق هذا المتغير، أما المتغير الثاني فان تأثيره سلبي على مستوى الأداء، وهذا يدل أن هناك ضعف شديد في تطبيق هذه المتغير، أما بالنسبة لباقي المتغيرات المستقلة فإن النتائج تشير إلى عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بينها وبين المتغير التابع أي أن هذه المتغيرات تأثيرها ضعيف على) مستوى الأداء.( وخلصت الدراسة أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق معنوية بين آراء أفراد العينة حول تأثير معيار التكنلوجيا على مستوى الأداء تعزى لمتغير النوع والخبرة، وبينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق معنوية لمعيار التكنلوجيا على مستوى الأداء في المستشفى تعزى لمتغير العمر، ما عدى في المتغير) لا توجد صعوبات للوصول لاحد العاملين في المستشفى عند الحاجة (، وأيضا عدم وجود فروق معنوية بين آراء أفراد العينة حول تأثير معيار التكنلوجيا على مستوى الأداء في المستشفى تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، باستثناء المتغير) تتسم المعلومات التي يقدمها العاملون للمرضى بالوضوح والشفافية (، كما تبين نتائج الدراسة أن هناك توجه إيجابي نحو تطبيق التكنولوجيا في المستشفى، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحفيز التوجه نحو تطبيق التكنولوجيا في المستشفى لما يحققه من مزايا، كما توصي الدراسة بعملية تحديث الأجهزة الطبية بصفة مستمرة بالإضافة إلى توفير قناة اتصال مع المرضى وعوائلهم بعد المغادرة .
The study aims to identify the concept of technology and its impact on the level of performance in the Private hospitals in Yemen, The results of the study showed two significant variables (the hospital contains advanced medical equipment) and the variable (Medical devices and equipment are constantly updated). The first variable has a positive effect and the second variable has a negative effect, this shows that there is significant progress in the application of the first variable and the weakness in the application of the second variable, but the other independent variables, the results indicate that there is no relationship of statistical significance between them and the dependent variable, that these variables have a weak impact on (performance level).
