كانت المناهج التربوية في السابق تصمم لعالم مستقر، أما الآن فان مجتمعنا يعيش في عالم سريع التغير تحيطه تحديات محلية وعالمية لعل من أهمها الانفجار المعرفي والتطور التكنولوجي والانفتاح على العالم نتيجة سرعة الاتصالات والمواصلات حتى أصبح العالم قرية صغيرة. كل ذلك يحتاج إلى بذل جهود في تنمية عقليات مفكرة قادرة على حل المشكلات وتلك هي مسؤولية التربية في الوقت الحاضر. إذ ينبغي أن يخرج التعليم مفكرين جيدين بأوسع معني للكلمة، أناسا ليسا فاعلين وقادرين على حل المشكلات فحسبن بل ويتميزون بالتأمل والتعمق في التفكير، أناساً ذي حب للاستطلاع شغوفين بفهم عالمهم. وذلك يتطلب أدوات متطورة لتحقيقه لأن النمطية في الأساليب التعليمية توقف وتعيق تلك القدرات الابتكارية ولا تؤدي إلى إعداد معلمين ومدرسين يمتازون بالفكر قادرين على الإنتاج المتنوع والجديد والذي تحتاجه التنمية الشاملة لمجتمعنا في الوقت الحاضر. وهذا استدعي أن تقوم برامج التدريب بعملية مراجعة للأساليب والطرائق والممارسات التي تعتمدها في تدريب المعلمين والمدرسين بهدف تمكين مراجعة المستقبل من برامج تدريب المعلمين والمدرسين. اشتمل البحث على أربعة فصول، تضمن الفصل الأول مشكلة البحث وأهميته والحاجة إليه والتي تتجلي في تقييم واقع فاعلية الدورات التدريسية في مراكز الأشغال اليدوية وتسليط الضوء على الخطط والبرامج الوزارية والمحلية، كما يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن حاجة المعلم والمدرس في متطلبات العمل على الصعيد الفني والنظري والعملي لتطوير الكفاءة ورفعها والكشف عن أساليب وآليات جديدة ومقترحة لقيام الدورات. أما الفصل الثاني تضمن الإطار النظري للبحث ويتألف من أربعة مباحث، تناول المبحث الأول طرائق وأساليب التدريب الفعال للمعلمين والمدرسين، وتضمن المبحث الثاني مدخل الأشغال اليدوية والأهداف والمعطيات العامة للأشغال اليدوية. وتناول المبحث الثالث نظرة تاريخية عن تأسيس مراكز الأشغال اليدوية والأسس العامة للتدريب والخاصة بمراكز الأشغال اليدوية، وأهدافها، ومحتوى الدورات التدريبية وأهم المشاكل والمقدمات التي تواجه الدورات التدريبية، أما المبحث الرابع تناول التربية الفنية وتطوير الموهبة والإبداع، والأهداف العامة للتربية الفنية. وتضمن الفصل الثالث إجراءات البحث ومنها منهج البحث والمجتمع والعينة والأداة وعرض الجداول وتحليل البيانات، واشتمل الفصل الرابع على النتائج والاستنتاجات والتي شملت المعطيات التربوية والتعليمية والذاتية من خلال الاستبانة الخاصة بالمعلمين والمدرسين وكذلك النتائج الخاصة بالعلمين والمدرسين والتي أهمها التأثير على وضع الخطط والبرامج والوسائل العلمية والفنية الحديثة، وأهم الاستنتاجات إعداد التلاميذ والطلبة للمستقبل، اكتساب المهارة والمرونة وسرعة الاستجابة للتغيير والتطور مع المصادر والملاحق.
Previously, curriculums for training courses used to be designed for a stable world, while now our world is in continuous change surrounded by local and universal challenges, such as the explosion of knowledge; technological development and looking at the world because of speed of communication. The world becomes a small village. All that requires exerting special efforts to develop thinking minds which are able to solve problems which are responsible for education nowadays. Education is supposed to produce good thinkers not only active and able thinkers but also are characterized with observation while thinking people who are eager to discover and understand their world. That requires advance tools to achieve it because stereotyped in education stops innovative abilities and doesn’t lead to prepare active teachers who are able to produce everything needed for comprehensive development. Training programs are required to review methods which were followed to train teachers so that these programs can pave the way for future programs. The research includes four chapters with recourses and appendices. The research included four chapters, the first chapter included the problem of research and its importance and need, which is reflected in the evaluation of the reality of the effectiveness of teaching courses in the centers of manual work and highlight the plans and programs of the ministerial and local, and the research aims to reveal the need of teacher and teacher in the requirements of work on the technical and theoretical And practical to develop efficiency and raise the disclosure of new methods and mechanisms proposed for the courses. The second chapter includes the theoretical framework of the research and consists of four topics. The first topic dealt with the methods and methods of effective training for teachers and teachers.
