|a قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى ستة فصول: الفصل الأول: ويحتوي على التعريف بالبحث وعرض الخلفية والمشكلة والأهداف والحدود والفروض والأهمية ومنهجية البحث والمصطلحات والمفاهيم ثم الدراسات المرتبطة الفصل الثاني: اشتمل على الدراسات والبحوث المرتبطة والتي لها صلة بالبحث سواء التي تناولت مفهوم البرنامج والأشغال الفنية وفئه الأحداث الجانحين. الفصل الثالث: يعرض مفهوم الأشغال الفنية عند الأسوياء وغير العاديين، بالإضافة إلى المفهوم المعاصر للأشغال الفنية ومفهوم التقنية والخامة. الفصل الرابع: يحتوي على مفهوم فئة الأحداث الجانحين، والمفهوم الاجتماعي للأحداث الجانحين وعوامل ضغوط جنوح الأحداث. الفصل الخامس: يحتوي علي عرض لمحتوي البرنامج المقترح في الأشغال الفنية من خلال منهجية البحث، والعينة المختارة، وأدوات البحث، وعرض لمراحل تطبيق البرنامج، بالإضافة إلى تحكيم نتائج البرنامج من خلال مجموعة من المتخصصين في المجال. الفصل السادس: يتم في هذا الفصل تحليل نتائج البحث إحصائيا لبيان مدي صحة الفروض، وأخيرا عرض لأهم ما خلصت إليه الباحثة من نتائج تليها مجموعة من التوصيات

|b This study has been, divided into five (5) chapters. Chapter I: And it contains the definition of the research review of the research' background, the research’ problem, the objectives, limits, hypotheses, importance, research 1 methodology, term, conceptions and related studies. Chapter II: Included related studies and research that are relevant to the search, whether dealing with the concept of the program and Handicrafts in the academic practice, and the concept of people with special needs, including the category of juvenile delinquents. Chapter III: It contains the concept of the category of juvenile delinquents, the subjective opinion of Islamic law (Sharia) in treatment of juvenile delinquents, the subjective of Islamic law (Sharia) in treatment of juvenile delinquents the concept of stress and factors of juvenile delinquency' stress, and display the difficulties and general problems within all institutions and offer some proposals for the development of work at the organizations of the Juvenile Welfare. Chapter IV: It offers the concept of Handicrafts upon normal and abnormal, in addition to the contemporary conception of Handicrafts, the concept of experimentation and synthesis in addition to display the history and the origins of art medication and presentation of its objectives, philosophy, tools, and how to diagnosis in the process of art medication. Chapter V: It contains display of the content of proposed program in Handicrafts in addition to the arbitration of the results of the program through a group of specialists in the field , then analyzing those results statistically to indicate the extent of correctness of hypotheses and finally Chapter VII: Display of the most important results of the researcher, followed by a set of recommendations and presentation of the study appendixe.
