There are several official governmental administrative bodies for the supervision and management of endowments and the law determines the manner in which these bodies are formed, the conditions of their membership and their administrative functions. So, what are these bodies, their types and what do they do? This article attempts to answer this problem by examining the subject of administrative bodies to conduct the Waqf in accordance with the opinion of jurists and the provisions of Algerian legislation. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 توجد عدة هيئات إدارية رسمية حكومية للإشراف على الأملاك الوقفية وتسييرها حدد القانون كيفية تكوين هذه الهيئات وشروط عضويتها ومهامها الإدارية. فما هي هذه الهيئات وأنواعها وما أعمالها؟ هذا المقال يحاول الإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية من خلال بحث موضوع الهيئات الإدارية لتسيير الوقف وفق رأي الفقهاء وأحكام التشريع الجزائري. Il existe plusieurs autorités administratives, officielles et gouvernementales ayant pour objectif la supervision et la gestion des propriétés du WAKF. La loi détermine comment ces autorités se forment-elles, les conditions d’adhésion et leurs fonctions administratives. Donc, quelles sont ces autorités, quels sont leurs genres et quelles sont leurs fonctions ? Dans cet article, on essaiera de répondre à cette problématique par une recherche qui traite le thème «des autorités administratives pour gérer le WAKF» selon les opinions des juristes et les dispositions de la législation algérienne. |
