الكفاءة الإنتاجية الكلية لأقسام كليات التربية بالجامعة السعودية أهداف الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى، قياس الكفاءة الإنتاجية الكلية للأقسام الاكاديمية في كليات التربية بالجامعات السعودية. منهج الدراسة: المنهج الكمي بغرض قياس الكفاءة الإنتاجية وتطورها عبر سلسلة زمنية محددة. مجتمع وعينة الدراسة: تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في الأقسام الاكاديمية بكليات التربية في الجامعات السعودية، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على الأقسام الاكاديمية في أربع كليات للتربية في جامعة، (أم القرى، الملك سعود، طيبة، الملك خالد). أداة الدراسة: استخدام الباحث مؤشر مالمكويست، لقياس تطور الإنتاجية الكلية. الأساليب الإحصائية والبرمجيات الحاسوبية: تم استخدام برنامج Excel لتبويب البيانات وتصويرها، وبرنامج Spss لوصف البيانات، كما تم استخدام برنامج Deap لقياس الكفاءة الإنتاجية وتطورها. أهم النتائج: 1- تبين ان هناك خمسة أقسام أكاديمية حصلت على كفاءة نسبية تامة، 100% على بيانات العامين الدراسيين، 1434-1435 هـ، و1435-1436هـ، وفق التوجه الإدخالي والإخراجي لعوائد الحجم المتغيرة. 2- تبين أن هناك تطوراً في الإنتاجية الكلية للأقسام الأكاديمية وفق مؤشر مالمكويست على بيانات فترتين للعام الدراسي، 1434-1435هـ، كسنة أساس، والعام الدراسي، 1435- 1436هـ. 3- التوصل الى تصور مقترح يوفر أليات وأسس إرشادية؛ لتحسين مستويات الكفاءة للأقسام الأكاديمية غير الكفؤة. أهم توصيات الدراسة: 1- بناء خطة كلية التربية بصورة تطويرية، وفق الأقسام الاكاديمية المرجعية، بما يدعم تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من نتائج الدراسة الحالية. 2- تأسيس وحدة متخصصة لقياس الكفاءة بكليات التربية، تتبع لوكالة الكلية للجودة؛ لتحقيق للكفاءة التامة، وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية.
The Total Productive Efficiency of the Education Faculties Department in Saudi Universities Researcher name: Dr. Othman Shaddad al-Maliki. Objectives of the study: The present study aimed at: Measuring the overall productivity of the academic departments in colleges of education in Saudi Universities. Study Methodology: Quantitative Approach to Measure Production Efficiency and Development over a Time Series. The study population is represented in the academic departments of the faculties of education in the Saudi universities. The study was applied to the academic departments in four colleges of education at Umm A1 Qura University, King Saud University, Taiba, King Khalid. Study tool: The researcher used the Malmquist Index to measure the overall productivity development. Statistical methods and computer software: Excel was used for data tabulation and imaging, the SPSS program for describing data, and the Deap program was used to measure production efficiency and development. Main results: 1. It was found that there are five academic departments obtained full efficiency (100%) on the data of the academic years: (1434-1435H) and (1435-1436), according to the direction of the introduction and output of the variable volume returns. 2. It was found that there is a development in the total productivity of the academic departments according to the Malmquist index on the data of two periods for the academic year (1434-1435H), as the base year, and the academic year: (1435-1436). 3. To arrive at a proposed vision that provides mechanisms and guidelines; to improve efficiency levels for inefficient academic departments. The main recommendations of the study: 1. Building the plan of the Education College in a developmental manner, according to the academic reference sections, in order to maximize the benefit from the results in the current study. 2. Establish a specialized unit to measure efficiency in the faculties of education, follow to the College Agency for Quality; to achieve full efficiency, and achieve competitive advantage..
