هدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة بجامعة الطائف نحو تطبيق نظام السنة التحضيرية، وتعرف الفروق في هذه الاتجاهات وفقا للمسارات المختلفة والنوع وحالة الطالب (متخرجا- مستجدا)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي (المسحي والسببي المقارن)، وتم إعداد مقياسين، الأول: خاص باتجاه أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تطبيق نظام السنة التحضيرية، والثاني: خاص باتجاه الطلبة نحو برنامج السنة التحضيرية، وطبقت الدراسة على (61) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمقرات البنين والبنات، (٥٦٧) طالبة وطالبة من طلبة السنة التحضيرية، (119) من الطلبة المتخرجين بالمستوى الثالث بالجامعة، وباستخدام اختبارات: مربع كاي لحسن المطابقة، واختبار (ت) لمجموعتين مستقلتين، واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي أسفرت الدراسة عن عدد من النتائج منها: أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس يرون أن خصائص المقررات ونظم الدراسة ببرنامج السنة التحضيرية تتحقق بدرجة قليلة أو متوسطة ولا يرون مميزات كبيرة لبرنامج السنة التحضيرية؛ فهو لا يقلل من نسب الرسوب والتعثر في الجامعة، ولا يقلل الفجوة بين التعليم العام والتعليم الجامعي، يوجد مؤيدون بنسبة 57% ومعارضون بنسبة 43% للبرنامج، والطلبة يرون أن برنامج السنة التحضيرية يحقق بدرجة متوسطة بعض المهارات وخصائص المقررات ونظم الدراسة ببرنامج السنة التحضيرية تتحقق بدرجة قليلة أو متوسطة لمعظم العبارات، ولا يرون مميزات كبيرة لبرنامج السنة التحضيرية فهو لا يقلل نسبة الرسوب والتعثر في الجامعة، 28.6% من الطلبة يريدون استمرار برنامج السنة التحضيرية، بينما 71.4% يرفضون استمرارية البرنامج، يوجد فروق بين الطلاب والطالبات في الاتجاه نحو برنامج السنة التحضيرية في اتجاه الذكور لجميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية، توجد فروق في الاتجاه نحو البرنامج في أبعاد الخصائص والمميزات والدرجة الكلية في اتجاه الطلبة الذين تخرجوا من البرنامج، ولا توجد فروق بين الطلبة في اتجاههم نحو برنامج السنة التحضيرية وفقا للمسار في جميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية.
The objective of this research is to know the attitudes of faculty and students at the University of Taif members towards the implementation of the preparatory year system And know the differences in these attitudes according to different paths and type and status of the student (graduate - Newcomer) To achieve this goal is the use of descriptive approach (and causal comparative survey), It was set up two measures, first: a special direction of faculty members towards the implementation of the preparatory year system, and the second special direction of students towards the preparatory year program. And applied to the study at (61) of faculty members, (567) student of the preparatory year students, 119 graduate students from the third level of the university Using tests: Chi-square for good conformity, and t-test for two independent groups, and analysis of variance test study resulted in a number of findings, including: That faculty members believe that the decisions and systems study the properties of the preparatory year program achieved a degree or a few medium and do not see substantial advantages for the preparatory year program, It does not reduce the repetition and stumbling at the University ratios, and does not reduce the gap between general education and university education, There are supporters by 57% and opposed by 43% of the program, and students believe that the preparatory year program to achieve a fair degree some of the skills and characteristics of courses organized study program of the preparatory year realized a few more or a medium for most items.
