|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين مفهوم الذات وأسلوب حل المشكلات وإدارة الذات لدى طالبات الجامعة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (190) طالبة من طالبات الجامعة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة مقياس حل المشكلات من إعداد محمد أحمد شاهين (2013) وللتأكد من مناسبة المقياس للتطبيق على عينة البحث فقد قامت الباحثة بتطبيق الاستمارة على عينة وقياس مدى صدق وثبات المقياس، كما استخدمت الباحثة مقياس مفهوم الذات لحسين عبيد جبر، بشري سلمان كاظم وللتأكد من مناسبة المقياس للتطبيق على عينة البحث فقد قامت الباحثة بتطبيق الاستمارة على عينة وقياس مدى صدق وثبات المقياس، كما استخدمت الباحثة مقياس إدارة الأزمات من إعداد الباحثة والتي صممت في ضوء أهداف البحث، وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام 2014/2015، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وكان من أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات طالبات الجامعة على مقياس مفهوم الذات ودرجاتهن على مقياسي (أسلوب حل المشكلات وإدارة الأزمات، كما توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات طالبات الجامعة على مقياس أسلوب حل المشكلات ودرجاتهن على مقياس إدارة الأزمات، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طالبات الجامعة ذوي الفئة العمرية في أسلوب حل المشكلات وفي إدارة الأزمات، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طالبات الجامعة في أسلوب حل المشكلات وفي إدارة الأزمات تعزي لمستواهن الدراسي.

|b This study aimed to identify the relationship between the self-concept, problems' resolving methodology and self-management for the university female students. The study sample has been formed of (190) of the female university students and used the problems' resolving scale prepared by Mohammed Ahmed Shaheen (2013). To ensure suitability of the scale for applying to the sample, the researcher has applied the form to a sample and has measured the extent of sincerity and stability of the scale. Researcher also used the self-concept scale of Hussein Obaid Jabr and Beshra Salman Kazim. The make sure of the scale suitability for applying to research sample, researcher has applied the form to a sample and has measured the extent of sincerity and stability of the scale. In addition, Researcher used a scale prepared by herself for crises management that are designed to in light of research objectives. Researcher applied the study during the second semester of the year 2014/2015 following descriptive approach. It was of the most important results reached that there is a statistically significant relationship between the degrees of university female students by a self-concept scale and their degrees by the problems' resolving & crises management scales. There is also a statistically significant relationship between their degrees by problems' resolving methodology scale and their by crises management scale. Also there is absence of statistically significant difference between university female students with the age group in the problems' resolving methodology & crises management and absence of statistically significant differences between problems' resolving methodology & crises management attributed to their education level.
