المستخلص: This study aimed to identify and clarify the role of financial analysis in the administrative and financial decision-making process in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange by using financial analysis methods to evaluate the performance of these companies. It is an analytical and comparative study between two companies to measure all types of financial analysis ratios that express the ability of companies to pay-as-you-go in the short term, considering that financial analysis is the effective means for making and rationalizing decisions, knowing weaknesses, and avoiding them, and also helping to identify and enhance strengths, as the analysis depends on each of the liquidity ratios. The interest in pharmaceutical companies was due to their essential role in the life of the individual belonging to the consumer sector in the country, and these companies incur a lot of expenses and time in their initial stages when inventing and developing drug compounds until it becomes an approved drug. And it is with the emergence of many pharmaceutical companies based on the principle of competition in the same field. Just as competition leads to the refinement of production quality, the producing companies are also striving to identify their competitiveness in light of the increase in their production, as the market share is one of the criterion of competition and the most important of which is the capital of competing companies and its types of medical industries, the shelf life of its products and the costs of scientific research, in addition to the employees of its competing companies with the aim of comparing and determining their financial level.
The study concluded with a set of recommendations that can be adopted, bearing in mind that the pharmaceutical sector companies enjoy a strong financial position and that their financial ratios converge with the industry indicators to some extent.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد وبيان دور التحليل المالي في عملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية والمالية في الشركات الدوائية المدرجة في سوق عمان المالي وذلك عن طريق استخدام أساليب التحليل المالي لتقيم أداء هذه الشركات، حيث إنها دراسة تحليلية ومقارنة بين شركتين لقياس جميع أنواع نسب التحليل المالي والتي تعبر عن قدرة الشركات على سداد الالتزامات على المدى القصير باعتبار أن التحليل المالي هو الوسيلة الفعالة لاتخاذ القرارات وترشيدها ومعرفة نقاط الضعف وتفاديها كما يساعد على معرفة نقاط القوة ويعززها حيث يعتمد التحليل على كل من نسب السيولة، وقد كان الاهتمام بشركات الأدوية لما لها من دور هام في حياة الفرد المنتمي للقطاع الاستهلاكي في الدولة، كما أن هذه الشركات تتكبد الكثير من المصاريف والوقت في مراحلها الأولية عند ابتكار وتطوير مركبات الدواء إلى أن يصبح دواء معتمداً، هذا مع ظهور العديد من شركات الأدوية التي تقوم على مبدأ التنافس في نفس المجال وكما أن المنافسة تقود إلى صقل جودة الإنتاج فالشركات المنتجة أيضاً تسعى جاهدة إلى التعرف على قدرتها التنافسية في ظل زيادة إنتاجها حيث إن الحصة السوقية هي من معيار التنافس ومن أهمها رؤوس أموال الشركات المنافسة وأنواع الصناعات الطبية لها، والعمر الافتراضي لمنتوجاتها وتكاليف الأبحاث العلمية إضافة إلى العاملين في الشركات المنافسة لها بهدف المقارنة والوقوف على المستوى المالي لها.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن الأخذ بها علماً أن شركات القطاع الدوائي تتمتع بقوة مركزها المالي كما أن نسبها المالية تتقارب مع مؤشرات الصناعة إلى حد ما.
